Great Cold Coconuts and shaved ice — Restaurant in Hawaii

Visiting Coconut Girl and Guy's Shave Ice was probably one of the best experiences we had on our visit to Hawaii. I'd heard about them before we flew out and had them on my list to find. We spent the morning visiting the beaches on the Windward side of the island and were definitely ready for a treat. They're a little off the beaten path, directly across from Kualoa Valley, but sooo worth the effort to find! After perusing the menu, we decided on a blue raspberry, cherry and mango boba shave ice, a blue vanilla and cherry shave ice with vanilla ice cream and a pineapple and coconut with coconut ice cream. They were so good! Cold and creamy, and with the view, it was perfect! The coconut ice cream was one of the best things I've ever eaten. No joke. Coconut Girl and Guy were super friendly and exemplified the Aloha spirit. They're a small, local and family run business and were some of the kindest people we encountered on our visit. Absolutely a place that you should try!

We saw them as we waited on our tour @ Kualoa Ranch to start and then one of the zipline guides mentioned them as well, so we knew we had to try them.

By far my favorite treats while we were on Oahu - so much that when we returned to Kualoa the following day for a different tour, we had to make another visit afterwards. Somehow she even knew we had been on the ATV tour (hahaha, we were a hot mess).

We had a few versions of shave ice, an acai bowl and a fancy drink my wife got that I cannot remember the name of - all of them were good. But my favorite... pineapple shave ice, with crushed pineapple, coconut condensed milk, and whatever that powder was to sprinkle on top all sitting in a coconut that I got to eat afterwards... 10/10 all day!

They are right along the beach, just outside the Kualoa Ranch entrance. A few places nearby to post up and enjoy a treat while you get lost in the views - will absolutely visit again if/when I make it...

This place has the best shaved ice I’ve ever had hands down the lady was super nice and so was her husband and they had sooooooooooooo many flavors and different options and combinations of items, they also had specials on certain items as well and I can since I had time to kill from my Kualoa ranch event and it was close by so I decided to give them a try and they did not disappoint! Highly recommend coming here especially on a hot day, tasted like paradise just soo good!
