This is tough to write as I'm typically super patient and understanding, and, I generally like this place. However...

-Called in order, told 15-20 minutes -15 minutes in: Arrived, got in line -20 minutes in: Reached counter, informed they forgot to place order (no problem, I rarely complain and I know nobody is perfect - I'm certainly not. I'm easy and understanding). Order finally placed. -40 minutes after order first called in and another 20 minutes after order was finally placed again, saw people who had come in well after I arrived, ordered after my order was finally placed then receive their food, so, I go back to the counter and wait for cashier to finish with other guests. -45 minutes after order first called in and 25 minutes after order was actually placed, I asked for my food... After all that had already happened, they parked my order on the back table. I didn't expect them to bring it out to me but after what had already happened, I did expect them to at least call my name when my order was ready. They never did.

Sad because I really don't want to see anything happen to this place but I can't go back. Diss me once, no worries. Diss me a second time and during the same visit? Lost a customer forever. And, when I come home and my daughter tells me they did that to her twice before with a simple drink order, then I have to write my first review ever. For everyone else's sake and for the sake of the business, I hope they get...

Strange service here. We ordered a pastry and 2 frozen blended drinks. The person who took our order stood at an iPad for minimally 5-8 minutes after we ordered and paid in cash and I have no idea what they were doing. I kept looking at my husband and asking if we should ask him if he’s going to make our drinks or if there is a problem. Eventually another employee came out of the back and chatted (about personal things) with the first employee for a few minutes. Then the first employee started to make out drinks. 5-8 more minutes later we got our drinks and had to ask for the pastry, which they forgot we ordered 20 minutes ago.

The drinks were actually very good but the whole experience was very weird. And the store was very dirty and overall looked gross. I did question as soon as I walked in if I should even buy...

I honestly felt very underwhelmed and maybe that’s on me. I had expected the cookies to be soft and moist but instead they were hard. I was truly disappointed, however, I did snag a brownie and it was very chocolaty and moist! Just what I was looking for in their cookies. I have been here one other time and ordered Musubi, I was super hungry so I didn’t think much of it. I was with a friend and she had commented on the way they under cooked the spam. I normally like spam a little more crispy but everyone has their own taste and what they think is good! Overall not bad and definitely worth a try. I came in with expectations but they were met in a different way with a yummy brownie instead! Also, parking is free and...

The original cookies are delicious. A deep-fried texture, packed with a bakery aroma of subtle spices and sweetness. 3 words: Original Cinnamon Toast Done. The ambience and food could use improvement. Staff is friendly, food tastes good. The portions are manini. Loco moco for $10 gets you a small hand-sized donburi bowl, but taste is on point. Delicious and small brings back good memories in Japan. The building interior could use a lot of work. Floors are peeling off, ceilings are stained, ventilation is dusty, and the walls have seen better days. Overall, a really chill place to stop by and grab a bite, and plenty of cookies.

I was surprised, and not in a good way. First, that ube mochi was a real treat and was an unusual and positive surprise. I was expecting, based on the name and a few previous reviews that there would be fresh cookies but all they had were packaged cookies. Also, we got the impression there was coffee but they weren't serving any. Overall, the store seemed to be trying to be a lot of things to a lot of people, leaving the focus unclear. But if you want a fresh local meal, this may be your spot. But "cookie" isn't high on the list of descriptive words I would use.

I came here for lunch today and had the Mixed Plate C: Fried Chicken, Hamburger Steak, Shrimp Tempura, Mac Salad and Rice. Flavor was on point and I was surprisingly pleased. Food was served hot and everything was fresh and crispy! Was comparatively pricey at $14.95 but I thought the food quality justified it. My other complaint though…not enough rice! It was nice to have all the retail items available too and pricing was very good and reasonable. I ended up spending about $80 when all was said and done! Definitely want to make sure I’m back again soon.
