The food was great, unfortunately the waitress Kelly was so disrespectful to the 6 in our group. She was obviously training and had expressed that but continued to blame the computer system for her slowness. That was no big deal until she complained how inconvenient it was that we needed separate checks after she had taken our drinks. After we were served (which was great food). When the drinks were brought out, two of our party had the same drink and one wanted a different one because it wasn’t strong enough. Kelly said “well i don’t get why one of you is complaining when the other is fine?” She then replaced the drink. When it came down to the check one of us decided to join with another check and Kelly said “I don’t understand why you wanted separate checks in the first place.” We responded “because it changed, one of us needed to pay with another.” She then continued to say she didn’t understand and roll her eyes and huff and puff. When she ran the first card, she came back with the ipad device and set it into the customers hands and walked away, the system was self explanatory and they took care of their check and passed it to the next person. She came back and snatched the device and said “what did you do? you messed it all up!” And continued to throw a fit about the machine. When the customer tried to point to what they had done she pulled away and said “don’t” and the customer got up and left. After that was a disaster, Kelly blamed the customer saying they ruined the check and that she would have to start over and threw the cards on the table. Basically kelly is a finger pointer, should not be in customer service, had no patience, learning ability, or respect and grace towards customers. We can’t stress it enough. Good...
Read moreMy fiancé & I stopped here last week for breakfast (his suggestion). He has been here before but it was my 1st time. At 1st I was a little hesitant to go there because of the prices and the photos on Yelp looked like you didn’t get much (photos are deceiving sometimes). We ended up going anyway because he persuaded me. I must tell you that it was a great decision & I am so glad that we went. They were not busy at all & only 1 other table was taken (We came at the right time). Kalea was our waitress. She let us know that their waffle maker was not working & that they were also out of biscuits. We were a little bummed because I had planned to order some waffles and he wanted the biscuits and gravy. He ended up getting the biscuits and gravy but since there were no biscuits, he got the sourdough bread which he thought went great with it & enjoyed it anyway. I ended up ordering the loco moco with fried rice which was absolutely delicious! The fresh made crunchy onions on top are a great touch that I enjoyed. I haven’t seen that done anywhere else before. Only negative thing I will say about the dish is that I ordered it medium well but it was well done by the time it got to me. Both dishes were a great big portion. We actually didn’t finish it all. Kalea and Jacklyn were simply amazing & kind with great customer service. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. And I will make sure to check out their baked...
Read moreThe food was fine, the service was rotten. Waited 15 min line (only 1 party in front of us) to be told we couldn't order there to eat in, so we'll have to go sit at a table and wait for a waitress. Being that we have not yet seen a waitress anywhere we said, that's okay, we'll take it to go. The lady acted like I was wasting her time and messed up the order twice. Kept cashing it out and giving me the total while I was still in the middle of trying to order items. We finally received a to-go order. No napkins, no forks, no butter on the toast, no salt. Had to go back in and stand and wait and wait and ask for butter. Had to interrupt the two employees who were just standing and chatting with each other to finally get some. Got 1 patty for 3 people's breakfasts so had to split it into thirds. We sat outside by the highway with trucks whizzing by since they had made us feel way too uncomfortable to attempt to occupy a table. 1 of us had to stand because there are only 2 chairs, swatting at the flies to keep them off of the food. Got some forks and napkins out of the car so we wouldn't have to eat eggs with our fingers. The place wasn't crowded. There were only 2 other parties there. But they really couldn't care less about our experience. We will go to the coffee Shack down the road tomorrow. A much much nicer and prettier place to sit and feel relaxed, and they're actually...
