Normally this store is fast and efficient and I love how friendly the baristas are,, however over the last week the service has been slow which with everything that's going on is understandable. My issue when I went into the store today was that I ordered ahead like I always do through the app, when I got there there was a ton of people in the lobby waiting for their drinks. I had ordered mine 15 mins prior. I still waited another 10 mins I watched the blonde barista on the line wasn't putting the drinks in order like they normally do and she was only giving drinks to the drive thru customers. I walked over and let her know I had ordered almost 30 mins ago and I was wondering how much longer she said she couldn't tell me. I asked if she could tell me how many drinks were ahead of mine. I could wait if it was a couple. She said no and told me very rudely I could have a refund. I said fine as she was being snippy about it. She paged another batista to come out. I told her I was just trying to figure out where my drink was and if it was close I would wait or if not I did need to get going to work and she started to look for me and the rude girl said no she wants a refund. I said fine. I've never had such a rude barista before at any Starbucks I've been too. I get she was probably stressed but it was incredibly unprofessional. I have no problem getting coffee from another local place like kona haven if this is the type of customer service that Starbucks is going to allow. She could have handled this situation completely differently. So I left with a refund on the coffee and a cold...
Read moreWords can not and shall not express the pure joy I find when I arrive at this Starbucks Coffee© Location.
The atmosphere reminds me of the time when I backpacked through the rugged terrain of the Swiss Alps.
During my journey, I came across a man, Huldrych, was his name. Huldrych welcomed me to his Cafe on the Cliffside.
As he brewed the espresso, he told me of the time when the family lamb escaped the farm. Him and his father searched for weeks to find young Hans (The name of the Sheep).
When they found him he was grazing in a field hidden in the mountains, surrounded by Coffee Arabica plants. How did they get there? He wondered...
Huldrych's father gathered a bucket of the ripened coffee beans and walked Hans back towards their farm.
They began experimentation of the coffee roasting process and soon introduced their farmhouse roast to all their neighbors. They became so popular that later that year they opened a Cafe, along the Cliffside, and the rest is history.
You see Huldrych perfected the art of roasting coffee because he saw the joy and togetherness that came from individuals gathering to tell stories over a hot cup of Joe.
I learned a valuable lesson that day.
This Starbucks offers the same kind of love that I felt back then, so I sincerely want to offer 5 stars for the feeling, the joy, the ambiance.

Read moreThe drinks here were fab! However, it was the service here that stood out the most. Our first options weren't available the time (key ingredients were out of stock, because I'm sure this location is super popular) and Brett helped us pick excellent alternatives quickly, so we didn't hold up the line and feel anxious about it the whole time. At the window, he was sweet and polite and a pleasure to chat with for the few moments we interacted. Brett, customers with social anxiety deeply...
