Subway — Restaurant in Hawaii

Writing this while I am waiting for my online order.

Slowest crew I have ever seen. Two people were working, and to be fair, one was a trainee, but no one was moving with a sense of urgency. So far, one customer has waited for 10 min before they walked out. In the 15 minutes I have been here 2 customers have been served. Employees look like they are lost in the sauce and overwhelmed.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! EVERYTHING WAS AWFUL!! The staff have absolutely no customer service skills!!! Miserable ladies. I wish I could post a picture of the nasty sandwiches we got. No toppings and all bologna on a BMT.🤮 To lazy to warm up meatballs than annoyed when you asked for two different sandwiches in place of the meatballs i already paid for. This place suck and the employees suck...

Basically Pre ordered some platters to make sure it's made by the timebi picked it up. And NOTHING was made!!!!! The lady there told me that THEIR worker didn't take down the order properly??!?!?!
