Best meal since we moved to Georgia! Fried collard greens were a different take but really enjoyed them! Pork belly salad took me to a whole new level of deliciousness and the short ribs with garlic potatoes were heavenly. We finished off the meal with the best bread pudding ever. Excellent Southern fine-dining. This is also the ONLY bar in Hawkinsville, but it goes above and beyond expectations. Amazing food (picture shown is their Chicken n’ Biscuits). The only nitpick is have is the beer. While most restaurants have canned beer, I feel like I wouldn’t have noticed if the bartender poured it into a beer-clean glass and then brought it to the table. It just contradicted the atmosphere of the restaurant, but still I would recommend this place for special occasions, date nights, business meetings, and anything else the search engine needs to put you guys on top. Everything about Heritage in Hawkinsville was absolutely impeccable. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor — you can tell every dish is made with care. The drinks were balanced and creative (the rosemary cocktail was amazing!), and the service was warm and attentive without being overbearing.
