Rainy night..as I was placing my order, the power went out..understandable..waitress,JULIE, was rude and abrupt from the beginning.I had a glass of wine waiting to see if power was restored.. after 15 min I noticed the grill was going so I asked the Hispanic gentleman to just reduce my order to a cheeseburger to go. She sd at checkout, I bugged them for my Italian order which was not true. I only recd the Alfredo & Chicken parm..but they were good sized portions. No lasagna.Cheeseburger was well done when I ordered med rare. When I was told my bill was $24, I sd for a cheeseburger! That is when the Hispanic gentleman sd my Italian order was included, which I wasnt aware if until checkout. I dont think I have incurred such a rude and intentionally nasty waitress. I have been in the customer service business for over 50 years and an employee such as Julie, I would have fired on the spot. Her treatment of me almost ruined the excellent food received. Your establishment deserves better employees to represent you. I will return, but if I see her I will ask for...

I absolutely love this Italian restaurant ! It's extremely laid back , and I can actually sit back , relax , and enjoy my dinner 🍽️😁 !! The food here , is absolutely delicious 😋🤤 !! I have had one incredible experience , after another ! I usually order from the dinner entree lol part of the menu , but this time , I ordered a calzone , and it was beyond delicious 😋🤤 : yum 😋🤤 !! I usually order the chicken 🍗 tenders for an appetizer , but this time , I ordered the pepperoni rolls , and they were incredible , with the marinate sauce ! I must have been here , at least a dozen times since : I first discovered this place , back before 2020/Covid ! This place , has my business indefinitely ! Me and my family went there, around the end of August. I ordered a meat lovers Calzone and Calamari. When I got my Calzone and cut into it, the first thing I noticed was not only the lack of ricotta cheese but also, the lack of topping inside the Calzone. Not, wanting to make to much of a fuss I let our waitress know that I did there wasn't any Ricotta cheese, She politely apologized and took it back to the kitchen, moments later she came back and explained the cook said that it was under the cheese, I picked up the cheese and it yeah it was definitely lacking. I must say I know that we have inflation and restaurants are doing what they can to stay open etc. but, extremely cutting back on portions and charging that high of a price for the food is pretty much price gouging their customers.
