Terrible Pickup Experience – Avoid If You Can

One of the worst places to pick up from. Appointment times mean nothing here – it’s first come, first serve, and you’ll be stuck for hours.

I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes just in line, then another 2 hours to get loaded. No updates, no staff checking on you – you’re completely unattended the whole time.

There are no washrooms for drivers, and not enough space to back in safely. To make things worse, shipping is all the way at the back of the building. As soon as you enter the driveway, keep going around the building with the fence on your left. But good luck figuring that out – there are no clear signs for shipping or receiving.

This place clearly doesn’t value drivers’ time. A total waste of time – avoid...

The receiver at the East receiving docks, Charles was excellent, And was very professional, I had no problems here once so ever, My appointment was at 9am got here at 8:20am getting unloaded at 8:28am I got a door right away. Pull in to the shipping and receiving stay to the left, Do not go try to check in to the first building as you enter, Stay to the left, First docks to the right, Park to the left of the driveway past the first building, Look to your right, You will see the sign Nature's Bakery Receiving East Dock, Check in there, RING the buzzard once, They have to walk across the dock so be patient. I would definitely deliver here again. And DO NOT REMOVE YOUR SEAL, OR YOUR LOAD WILL BE REFUSED, THAT IS...

If y'all knew how they really make these bars you would be sick, not a good place to work either ..it's filthy nasty and most products are from the floor and put into boxes, so many people just to put bars in a box is insane...buy at your own risk...so many back orders siting from cancelled orders... management very uptight and lines break down all night and day, there is no room for advancement and your only rewards are rotten fig bars already opened from off the floor..the HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO POP UP HERE, NOT A HEALTHY...
