I went in to order my usual venti mocha 4 extra pumps of mocha, I waited longer than usually but was ok, I looked around and purchased merchandise (54$). The other employees/managers in the Starbucks asked a few times was I ok, as I waited for my coffee. This coffee run took about 20 minutes, I arrived to work late. I opened the top of my coffee to stir the chocolate in bottom, there was a film on top, and the lid. I touched the lid and stirred the coffee to figure out it was grease. I called the location several times NO ANSWER. I drove back!!!!!! I informed AJ the manager the coffee has grease in it, his response was, you had 9 pumps of mocha. I proceeded to inform the barista at Starbucks/ Manager this drink is my favorite beverage and not ever has this happened. The lady next to him said ooooo maybe it’s the half pump it’s possibly running out!!! I’m wondering why are customers getting this type of service, AJ takes my drink opens the top smells it touches the top and says Huummm it is greasy. Make another drink… I said no thank you!!! I don’t feel comfortable at this time. He gives me a card and says use this your next visit, I asked will this cover my full drink, he says YES!!! I saw the 4.00 load on the card!!! He give me a 4.00 off card, the card says next one on us, but as I read the card I’m more pissed my drink was more than 4 bucks. AJ’S customer service is very poor, he over talked me and did not acknowledge the error. I had just spent 60 plus dollars in location, wasted time and gas. I will never visit this location again. He has no respect for women/ Black women. I will definitely spread the word to family and friends about...

When he see me coming into the shop from my car and he'll start making my favorite drinks while still filling the other headphone orders. God bless him and staff. 🌹♥️💥 I drink hot Royal English Breakfast Black tea with cream, honey and raw sugar. Sometimes I get breakfast food, etc. All your food is delicious. I truly appreciate and admire all of your staff in this Hanley Rd Starbucks. I had shoulder surgery about 4 months ago. It was horrific. I couldn't drive for 3 mos. My son, Kenny (love) would take me by this well managed Starbucks which is always well kept. Also by the Starbucks (Grace) on Capitol Drives in St. Charles, MO. They are dear to my heart as well. 🥰 I just want to thank Starbucks- Hanley Rd for treating me and others so kind, and preparing our orders correctly with a smile. I am healing from surgery but it has taken a lot out of my sweet spirit. I am driving 4 months later again. PT on-going. Feeling a little back to normal. Starbucks is like family to me. Not all of your Starbucks are caring...no name calling. I know where to go for great service. Smile Thank you guys for helping me along the way to my healing. Starbucks you are amazing. Great products and good services. Beverages and other items are a little pricey. I visit Starbucks every week. Nice if you would have coupons for your customers....
Read moreVery rude employee told me in the drive through it would be at least 15 minutes before she could take my order, I told her I ordered on the app. Another rude employee hopped on the mic and said “well what’s the name because we haven’t even started on it” (even though my app told me my order was in progress) I told her my name, she then said “yea we haven’t even started on it, you can come inside.” There’s a reason I’m in the drive through… I’m 8 months pregnant and why offer a drive through option if you’re going to tell people to walk inside? I have gone to this Starbucks for the last 5 years and have never been so disappointed and unimpressed by the employees. Even if my drink was wrong, I would go about my day because the employees were always pleasant. People make mistakes.. but telling someone you wouldn’t be able to even take their order for at least 15 minutes in the drive through is wild.. then telling the person to come inside?
