This place seriously does not even deserve a one star. My fiancé went here with his father to purchase two suits for our wedding on a Monday. He needed an ivory and a navy blue one and was very specific what kind of suit he was looking for. First off, in looking around my fiancé father admired a suit he seen and was told by a young salesman that he was too old for that particular suit. Are you serious.... who would do this to our father, a paying customer? Had we known this while still in the store there would of never been a deal to begin with. Second, my fiancé showed a picture of the kind of suit he was looking for to Lorenzo and of course he assured him he could order these two suits in the colors they wanted and assured him they would be there by the end of week Friday or Monday at the latest and would give us a call. Now to start the process, noone measured or even really knew how to measure my fiancé to even order the right size suit. Lorenzo grabbed a jacket and put on my fiancé and went by that.....now we all know that aint it and the suit he wanted is slim fitting. Well to sum it up, we never got a call so we waited till Monday and called and they said suits were there. My fiancé went in and he drowned in the suit...it was huge. Lorenzo did two wrong bad business moves at that time. He first said thats how the suit was suppose to fit and it clearly wasn’t. Second, he said it was the size my fiancé ordered and my fiancé had no idea what size he even ordered. Now we are getting even closer to the wedding and the promise of Lorenzo taking care of him was a huge let down. To end this mess, he left the store with Lorenzo saying he would order another suit in a different size, again not measuring my fiancé but just used a size my fiancé gave him from a previous suit he owned and said it would be in at the end of the week Friday (a week before the wedding). Friday comes no phone call, we go to the store no suit no Lorenzo, no help from anyone just a bunch of lies. We were told by the manager (some manager) Lorenzo picking it up from UPS and to come back Saturday. We came back Saturday to go through all the same thing no suit, no Lorenzo, no help from manager, nothing just a bunch of lies and very unprofessionalism. You guys are the worse. Its a shame that you guys do not have hearts and don’t care to help make people happy on their special day when they come to you. You can walk around that store and not acknowledge people, not carry yourselves in a professional manor, not have any training in how to sell your product that you carry or make the customer happy. Read moreThe store was closed nearly a half hour before the advertised closing time on Google Maps. No differing current hours appear on the map itself nor on the Owner Updates tab. I spent considerable time and the expense of gas to come several miles to this store based on an overall positive rating because I wanted a well-fitting , good quality first time men's suit for my 15yo son prior both Easter and a funeral for his grandmother in just a few days. I erred in not taking note of the minimal reviews of late. Whether management's choice, approval, poor quality assurance (hiring and broad spectrum supervision), or lack of resource monitoring (ex. keeping public sources of information relevant to customer satisfaction updated), this is a fail. I am not satisfied. Integrity is the mark of true success. Unless this store amends its poor quality service and finds a way to make it known to me, I will not be back, I will not recommend this business, and I will actively discourage anyone give this business...
