China buffet — Restaurant in Hazlehurst

I visited almost three weeks ago now, albeit, I really wanted to give a review on our visit. The parking was plentiful and easily accessible- including handicapped parking, should that be needful for you. And no stairs going to the door, either. ♿ We were greeted as soon as we entered. They accommodated my personal preference in the seating arrangement . The Buffet was neatly kept. There were plenty of plates, cups for sauces, condiments, etc. Gloves were available. The selection of food was plentiful and rather unexpected since it was a slow week day. The food was not only appeasing to the eye, but also to my palate!! We three Ladies did arrive a little before the Lunch crowd, and we really enjoyed our food, our cordial reception, as well as the professional way in which we were continually served. One more thing I believe is worth mentioning ... although I am somewhat of a slower eater, they NEVER acted as if I had taken up their, " space " long enough- or worse, too long! They never rushed us.They were frequently refilling our drinks. They didn't push the ticket on the table after 15 minutes or so, as if to say, " OK, time's up, old lady" ! I felt that spoke volumes during the times in which we live when many businesses want to, " Get'em in, get'em out and , ' Do it quickly ! REPEAT '!! ". I totally enjoyed my Lunchtime with my two Girls! I will frequent more often...

I can't even dream up how this place could ever get a decent review. Buffet food was mostly burnt. Egg rolls, chicken on a stick, cheese wontons, even the general tsos was burnt. Food was freshly cooked, too. What they were putting out new was burnt. Soup is horrifically bad, terrible flavor. Wontons were stale. Beef w/ peppers were good. Ice cream was good. Worst part is the awful, annoying, loud, obnoxious chinese music playing. Worst Chinese restaurant we've...

I should have known. It was 1.pm and 3 people inside, and the restraint seats a 100. The food was cold, There where no name placements above the food. So you had no idea what you where going to eat. My baked potato was black inside The beef I think, was so tough I couldn't chew it. I spoke to the owner. Who just shrugged her shoulders. When I left there was only 1 other...
