I HATE to write this review but unfortunately it needs to be shared. This couch was 2 years old in April 2022. We have already had to make a service call due to something breaking in the arm of the couch(no rough housing on it either) which took months to have repaired. We’ve now had to request another service call due to something breaking in the center of the couch(we sit on the edges of the couch) and I just hope this service call won’t take as long because I intend on getting rid of it as soon as it’s fixed! I expected good quality and I’ve received a headache. I understand they’re short staffed but at the end of the day if your paying customers aren’t pleased then you’ve got to provide something better than “we’ll call you when we can come look at it.” It hurts our back to sit on this couch and I’m regretting ever buying furniture from here. I give them two stars ONLY because the mattresses we bought have been amazing. So what I’m essentially saying with this review is be carful what you buy.
