Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Heavener

Thee worst up to date food I've ever tasted. I ordered 5 piece chicken tenders. They were so burnt and hard that if you threw them at a window they would shatter the whole window. When I threw them on the floor to show Hubby and daughter just how hard they were it sounded like I threw a brick on our floor. Chicken strips are brown in color mine were almost black in color. Our tots were soggy and undercooked. The water lines were messed up so they offered us soda from cans or bottles, they were so flat we poured them out. I asked for fruit cherries in my drink, received none. Rude person who took our order in drive through. When I told people about it their question was, " The Sonic in Heavener, Ok" when we said yes, they said right there was your problem...

My experience with visiting Sonic drive thru of Heavener, OK was horrendous. I’ve passed through this area a few times in driving career, and every time I’ve had bad experiences. The food is never fresh. It always seems as though the grease hasn’t been changed out in months. It should not matter whether you (customer) spend your money with a Sonic or a Panera. The service and level of food quality should about to the same level, especially due to the fact someone’s money is spending at your (owner) place of business. Owners and management has to to better. The level of expectations should be higher regardless of where you are spending money. NO ONE WANTS TO BE FED GARBAGE, so why do it to...

Typically I love Sonic, went there today and ordered my usual a Sonic burger and large chili, cheese tots, plus food for my lil man. I check to make sure I get the food I ordered but didn't inspect it to a T, big mistake.. I get home and was insulted by the amount of chili and cheese that was on my tots, mainly the chili... It was dobbed on both ends very lightly and not even a drissle down the middle... Come on guys you gotta do better than that.
