I was so excited because the website read so well. But I have a very very close friend that has my sister that’s down there and she is having multiple problems with simple things TV don’t work. Nobody wants to help her find her phone or her remote she’s got two broken arms. I said call your doctor to have a prescribe a certain menu for you. All they wanna do is put gravy and bread and potatoes. We don’t eat like that. We eat salads and greens and veggies. There’s so many little things that add up to be big there. There’s no director to talk to because she quit..Today’s Wednesday January 22 it’s now 130. I just finished phone call there. They’re having so many problems and the shortest staff the director of the place should be there helping I know she is administration but where I come from everybody puts in work if somebody doesn’t show up believe me supervisors and directors come in and work. That’s such a small place. Why is it so hard to keep up with the clientele the patients are suffering because the people that get a salary or a good pay do not want to help the CNA‘s. Why not we were working I was a working supervisor and a working director. It just doesn’t seem right and when I go down there in a couple weeks, I’m gonna tour this place it is so beautifully spoke of and on the website is just magnificent. I told my sister it’s a lot nicer where you’re going but when I see the food that they were serving her and it’s been three days and I can’t find her phone I said, call the girl that was working on her phone and see if she accidentally took it at home and the director of nurses Not the director of nurses. The nurse that was lead nurse today. Said it’s been taken care of we can’t do anything about it. I said call that girl at home. No, we have someone taking care of that. It’s been three days since your cell phone has been gone. That’s ridiculous. Sorry two stars are lucky. I gave him that especially when I was in the medical business on my life x-ray lab specialist for oncology, pulmonary cardiology, but I helped when I went to college medical school. I work as a CNA and I worked my butt off and I helped everybody it needs to be new management there or that needs to be new instructions new classes. I’m staying all this because of concern in fact and what I know about the medical field and how people are worth ethics are today. I hope this gets to the right people. I recently had a stroke july15 3023 I was released to another facility in Aransas I had no insurance until I found market place I was highly upset and embarrassed cause I use to work in resthomes inlafloore County so I decided to go to the hrsbener nursing home for therapy and 24 hour care i was glad because they made me at fill at home and the transport person was very comforting and she made it easier to go there when I arrived all the staff was also comforting and very friendly whenit was time to get a bed pan I was like omg I know th but as time went by I just got use to it then here comes the shower chair I was omgisaid ill have a bed bath I was shocked I've never seen or had a bath like that she e ven washed my hair it was the best bath I've very seen done then rubbed bath an body lotion all over think they should all get afaise or something and don't forge t the kitchen staff always thinking of something different for dessert to mak all is good and housekeeper keep everything smelling good and always opens the blinds the magememt staff very helpful they help with a lot things medicaid and disability social security and now living always onchoice there real helpful also it seems like every one and thworking there has 2 or 3 jobsnd keeps on smiling. They're saying that I abused two of my residents and wont give me any information about the investigation. Every time I have called up there the DON has an excuse as to why she cant come to the phone. Ive let her know that I would be up there June 25th to go over the whole situation and when I got there she was nowhere to be found. She had already left. She wont return none of my calls.
