Finney's Sports Club — Restaurant in Heber Springs

Very uncomfortable atmosphere. The tall, baldish, older guy at the bar was talking sh!t about one of the customers and how he rolled his eyes. Then, they forgot my husband's drink order, TWICE, forgot to tab us out, THREE times, and when one of the waiters told another group about free memberships for people who stay at the hotel, when I asked the older man about it he said we don't do those anymore. AFTER giving another group free memberships. Idk what kinda bar these people are running, but their customer service is lacking and it really shows. It was our first and LAST time coming here. Felt like we were a burden being there just upon the moment of us walking in. $12 shots per person and treated like you aren't welcome to even walk through...

We had a retirement get together here and have to say they did an amazing job with service. They were friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating to our party and they are overall great people to work/socialize with, not to mention the food and drinks were good!!! I highly Recommend using them if ever you want to have a get together or just stopping in for a quick bite and drink. Atmosphere is Great also!! Kudos to Stephanie and Jeremy for making our night one...

Great place to go and watch the games!! Hogs got beat pretty bad today, but it was nice to sit at a local place and call the Hogs!! Bartender was great to us! The doors opened at 11 AM!! I was so excited 😊! Great wings and we even came back to hear a good band!! We will be back! It was sad though, only my family and a wedding party was there to support the local bar...
