Lakeside Dip — Restaurant in Helena Township

Lakeside Dip has been a family favorite for years, (to the point that the staff is starting to wonder if we have our own place, or if we just camp out on their grounds 😊). And we have all really enjoyed meeting the new owners this summer. The more regular hours also mean that we can get our fix more frequently. My family and I LOVE this place! Moomer's ice cream is something special -- luxurious and super creamy with really interesting flavors. They're open late, one of the few spots in town that is. The lawn games are a blast, so we end up hanging out for an hour or more. Ordered a flurry. Chocolate hard serve with m&m's. It was chocolate soup with whole candies in the bottom of the cup. You're supposed to eat a flurry with a spoon, not have to drink it.
