I was hesitant to post this but I realized it wasn't right at all, for me and the others that delt with it that day. October 22, 2023 3:05pm-3:50pm (according to Google map timeline) we ordered for dine in and ordered through the kiosk then grabbed a number tent and picked a table. Some other folks also came in and ordered through kiosk, we waited for 30 minutes because we noticed the employees were rushing and didn't wanna pressure them. Yet I walked up to ask about our orders, the girl in braids packing bags quickly just cut me off saying use the kiosk, I again told her it was about our orders but she ignored me and kept packing orders. There were a few others also waiting there, around the same time and they haven't gotten there orders either, I was really anxious to ask again so my friends came up with me to ask again, with all our Receipts on hand. We tried for many minutes to get her attention, and she noticed us many times yet ignored us. At that point everyone waiting seemed just over it. One of the other employees that noticed us during the whole exchange finally came up front and asked what was wrong. We explained everything and showed the receipts and turns out they thought it was drive through orders? They were only focused on the drive through and app orders and zero of them did any dine in orders at all. We got our orders and the drink sizes were wrong and missing some things. By that point we just wanted to leave, and lost our Appetite, they didn't apologize nor acknowledge everything that happened and seemed annoyed by us. We left feeling really exhausted mentally, there was still other people waiting for there orders just like us, not sure if they ever got there orders. Read moreThis is the 1st time visiting the McDonald's on the east side of Hemet, Ca. I ordered 2 chicken Mcgriddles through the drive thru. When getting to the window, I pay for my order and then ask for honey. The cashier yells to her manager for help stating that in error charged me for salad dressing. The manager corrects the error and then whispers, "still charge her for the honey." I waited for the cashier to advise me of the charge, but she never did and handed me my receipt and debit card back. I asked the cashier what exactly was I charged for and she said you 2 Mc Griddles and the honey. I advised her that she can not just charge a customer for condements with out letting them know there is a cost. She was sneaky trying to get it in there without me noticing!!!! I asked for the manager and explained what had occurred. She was so snobby and did nothing but sarcastically agree with me. She did not apologize, she did not explain the policy, she did not care what I had to say and I advised her that her management skills were poor and unacceptable. Once again she could care less what I had to say and all she did is agree with me on everything. At that point, I asked for a full refund. She again agreed and did not care about the reputation of the company, she did not care about her employee who was watching her mistreat the customers and she did not care about the customer who are the reason she has a salary. This took place 01-28-2020 about 9am. The manager had dark hair. I can not remember her name. There are so many people who need a job, why does McDonald's hire the wrong people? Read moreAli arrived to get a bite to eat and a quick drink. I noticed that a young man a young man was sitting at a table and was analyzing the the customer service interactions between staff and guests. This was somewhat good.
The food was okay, nothing to justify the high dollars that was spent on the meal. It was when I went into the restaurant's bathroom that everything turned kind of ugly. The bathroom appeared to be very unsanitary, It looked like something that would make an ordinary person get sick. It was obvious that many within the restaurant was not interested in cleaning it. There appeared under the baby changing table (which I would never ever change a baby on it) and on the floor, a penny, that you could tell by the gunk around it, had been there for a very long time. The white walls were full of grim and dirty. Disgusting was a complement to this bathroom. I would have taken a picture but frankly I would not want anyone to know I had utilized such a disgusting place. It made you feel like you were in an old, Route 66, Service Station bathroom from the 70's.
What added to my horrific Restaurant Experience was the laughter coming through the walls of the kitchen area into the bathroom. It appeared to be horseplay. A from the sound of the voices it appeared that the person who was previously sitting at the table in the restaurant was the leader of that play. It was if I was in a high school locker room bathroom listening to a bunch of highschool students. It was then I realized why such a modernized McDonalds had such a horrifyingly dirty and disgusting bathroom. I wonder what other types of corners were being cut by such an unprofessional leader...
