The service was not good to start they had three servers working 2 managers it looked like and one casher the one casher was answering the phone and taking orders she would excuse herself to go answer phone cus no one else would answer the phone while helping me and my Lady she excused herself and say I need to answer the phone cu no one else will. When she finally took our order she got the order wrong my lady ordered a Steak and lobster bake potato dinner. While we were sitting out side waiting for our food we we're going over our receipt a d noticed that she did not put on our receipt a lobster dinner. So I went inside to correct it when a manager came back inside as I waited in line with about 8 people in front of myself. The manager proceeded can you tell the lady takes orders that table two , witch was me and my lady our order was wrong. And the young lady on the register asked was it a woman and her husband. The guy who appeared to look and represent himself as the manager I don't know. I told them that was me I'm right here neither one of them called me to the empty cash register to correct my order. I waited in line for about another 15 minutes as an original lady that took our order corrected my order and proceeded to say well she never told me she wanted the lobster dinner chili mentioned at stake she told me what the total was I paid the difference and then she tried to give me $0.20 because I guess they were short of change instead of my $0.85 that was due to me. I told her I was owed $0.85 not $0.20. she's in told me call there's a national shortage of change and I do not have it to give to you. I told her to hold on I would go get the exact change and when I came back she was hoping another guest and never ask me to come to the front of the line to take the correct change to give me the correct change. Then when our food was finally brought to us, we never received a solid then we had to order we did not notice that until the end of dinner there we were charged for it and never received so as we told the lady that was serving us who by the way was very polite and very attentive to us, tortoise to hold on she will go check on it and if we would like our salad or a refund we told her a refund and she had no problem bringing us back our money do do us. From the moment she approached the table, it was like watching a master conductor lead an orchestra, except the instruments were plates of buttery toast and trays of perfectly arranged salad bar masterpieces. She didn’t just take my order — she guided me through the menu like a sherpa on a culinary expedition. “Would you like the salad bar upgrade?” she asked. Would I? Ma’am, the way she sold it, I half expected the salad bar to change my life, and honestly, I think it did.
She’s somehow everywhere at once — delivering plates to one table, refilling iced teas at another, answering questions about dessert at a third — all without looking rushed. It’s like she’s unlocked the secret Sizzler employee speed boost. One minute I was wondering if my garlic toast would ever arrive, the next it appeared in front of me as if Natalia had conjured it from thin air.
The comedic timing? Impeccable. She doesn’t just deliver food, she delivers it with little moments that make you laugh in between bites — the kind of small interactions that turn “just a dinner” into “I’m telling everyone I know about this.”
Even during the dinner rush, she never lost her cool. Drinks stayed full. Plates stayed cleared. My steak was cooked perfectly. And when my friend asked for “extra ranch,” she didn’t bat an eye — she brought enough ranch to supply a small Midwestern town for a week.
To summarize: Natalia is the kind of server who makes you want to come back to Sizzler just to see her again. Food is food, but service like that? Rare. (Medium rare, in this case, and seasoned just right.)

Read moreI’ve only done a couple google reviews since I usually use Yelp, but I wanted to make sure to post here too so I could give the deserved recognition. My husband & I were on a road trip & we made a last minute stop without realizing it was so close to closing.. (we almost reconsidered bc we felt bad 😓) But the staff was so inviting & assured us that it was ok to dine in, so we did. Our server Juan was incredible from start to finish. I was stuck between two dishes & asked for a recommendation, (side note: he even asked for things I usually order/things I don’t like. I used to be a server so when ppl take the time to ask questions, I feel like the things on the menu they recommend are genuine & not just something that’s like the “_ of the day”) Aside from that, he was super friendly & showed interest on where we were traveling to/from/etc. He told us a few places to check out tomorrow that sounded like so much fun. (Unfortunately we have to keep on driving but hopefully we can come back !)
Although it was surprisingly busy considering how close it was to them closing, we never went without attentive service.
Even when our sever wasn’t readily available, there was another server (I believe her name was Malea) that came & checked in with us. I always appreciate people that seem like they actually enjoy their jobs & she was just that. She was quick to ask if we needed anything & if we were enjoying everything. She refilled our coffees & let our server know we were ready to finish up.
