Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hemet

Went in for nacho fries and waited....waited...waited...While people who came in after us (and not right away, either, so it was enough time to at least drop the fries and be seconds away from being ready) ordered and got their much more complicated orders while we stood there watching and waiting. I asked the girl at the counter to check on our order and no one had even bothered dropping the fries. She gave us 2 coupons for a free taco and took a few more orders. More people got their food and finally my husband asked for a refund. No apology. No professional manner of correcting the issue. Simply gave us our money back and said "You're welcome" so cheerfully. Not an ounce of regret or care in the way she handled the situation, and we only ordered 3 nacho fries. Never going to this store again, not even to redeem the free taco coupons. I rather give them to a homeless person. We really try to avoid this location due to it being very consistent in making errors. We use door dash a lot for fast food delivery but whenever ordering taco bell we specifically change location to the west Florida location or the ca 74 location cause this spot will literally just send some random stuff in place of what you ordered Today fortunately the only random substitutes were for our beverages (ordered Pepsi and oj, received mt dew and sprite) The food quality was still just meh My crunchwrap supreme had basically no meat in it Our crunchy taco surpremes were mostly tomato The fries were chill as per usual (just a large fry not loaded or anything) A beefy 5 layer that was just ok (the ingredients seem less and less everytime) The one perk to the meal was the grilled cheese burrito, that was tasty Our cheese quesadilla was fine, it was for my kiddo...

Well I showed up at 145 pm on 06/20 gave my order and sat down. After 25 minutes I went up to see where my food was, the associate told me it was their rush hour and nothing else. A manager told me they were gonna start it right now. I sat back down for 10 more minutes and was called up to get my order, upon sitting down I noticed that nothing on my tray was anything I had ordered. When I went back up there was total confusion about where my order was and what it was. Finally it was found and made, and was correct after nearly an hour. Nothing was said, no refund was offered nor was a comp meal. This is the second time I’ve had issues with this particular Taco Bell. I will not recommend this location nor will I visit it again. I wouldn’t even rate it with one star...
