My fiancé and I went to check out their furniture. Seems nice and it was nice that they have payments plans but here is my problem. We were looking for a love seat at a good price. The sales guy told us about the custom furniture and we could order how we wanted. So my fiancé and I asked if they could make a love seat with an extended side like a floating ottoman per day. The guy said yes and even called to make sure and of the price so we put money down. The guy said it would be a week but ended up being 2 weeks. That wasn’t my problem. When they delivered it it was just a regular love seat. I called the store and apparently spoke with the owner. I explained the situation and but I got was it would cost us more for the mistake of the sales guy not listening to what we specifically asked for and him doing what he wanted to. This place may be for some people but not for us. Make sure you specifically ask for what you want and go to the store to check it out before they deliver your custom piece. I was SO happy to have found this store, as I have not found any quality furniture stores in Hemet. Went there today, the customer service was excellent and the prices very reasonable. I purchased a chaise lounge, which was extremely comfortable and well made! Plus, they give you the option of various fabrics to pick from. Highly recommended. The store just opened 2 weeks ago and it’s family owned. Outstanding kind service! Update 11/13/23 I purchased a chaise on Wednesday and on Monday it was delivered. I chose the fabric, therefore, was shocked that it was ready and delivered in 5 days! It is beautiful and very well made. Outstanding quality furniture at an affordable price, love it! Long story short… Don’t buy mattresses here… had bad experience very unprofessional… had an issue mattress was really really bad condition… box springs wrong size in width 2 times…took more than a month to replace it… they say they’re going to call you and they don’t… they say a time to deliver and they never call and never came at time promised I had to called them back to check on that… very irresponsible as I had to stay home to be here and then they don’t show up….. lastly they checked the mattress and of course it was bad! Even ripped….. they they bring in the new one it was better but still bad! They argumenten because I sit on the edge? Where I’m a supposed to sit to get up from bed?
