Fox’s Pizza Den of Hunker — Restaurant in Hempfield Township

Wish I could've left negative stars. I ordered online and it took the payment out and when I went to pick it up 40 min later they tell me there is no order in the system for me due to rain, there wasn't even a storm and I'll be refunded at the end of the night. I had my 5yr old with me hungry and ready for pizza. I work in the service industry and I know when things like this happen they could've simply asked what I ordered apologized for the inconvenience and made it up for me real quick. Instead she just told me I'll be refunded and it's out of their hands. It's the storms fault. I was in complete disgust. Not with the inconvenience of their online system so much which is horrible, if you ask, but because you lack good customer service. Basically you don't care about making your customers feel important enough, to go out of your way to do anything to fix it and make them happy. Trust me I have been in service industry for 10+ years. Customers are always your #1 priority. We are your business. We pay for the food so your business stays up and running. It's okay though. I'll find a fox's pizza that cares about the inconvenience of their customers. & Will go out of their way to make sure they're always happy with the service they're given. Because this one doesn't. Their system is down but not down enough to take the money out of your account. What a joke. I never go out of my way to leave a negative review on any business. Very disappointing food. This evening was my first time ordering from this location and I will not be returning. I placed an order online this evening at 5:30PM for a large pizza, order of 8 traditional wings, and order of mac n cheese bites. Online stated that my order would be delivered between 6:15PM-6:25PM. My order still had not been delivered by 6:36PM so I called this location to get an estimated delivery time. The girl working told me that they were backed up with orders but that my order was sent out with a delivery driver already. I live about 2 miles from this location and my food was not delivered until 7PM. I received cold dry pizza, cold wings, and cold dry mac and cheese bites. I ordered out this evening to save me from having to utilize dishes/cook. Well, I still ended up having to do both of those things because all of the food needed to be reheated in my oven. Never again.

I’ll say this; the pizza and food is really good but the service is very bad. Once I called and the person said there was no delivery available. I said “okay but I’m just wondering why? I know it’s not your fault (the worker) but it’s always a problem with delivery and I was just wondering what’s going on” he says they just don’t have enough delivery drivers. Understandable. Then a woman calls me back screaming at me saying that she had me on recording cursing her son out. Very much all talk because I never did. Then she ends up delivering a random pizza I never ordered to me anyways. Every other day there’s no delivery, every other day their card reader doesn’t work. Let’s not mention the extremely expensive wing prices. I just called and I had to call back and their phone was disconnected for the next 20 minutes I tried to call.
