I ordered a package online and requested the quickest shipping possible. After about 3 weeks I finally contacted the place I ordered and they were shipping my package immediately. I was never told it would be shipped Fed Ex... my tracking number was UPS. So I got a tag on my door saying they attempted to deliver my package but I wasn't home. Okay. Then they call me an hour later saying they are sending my package back because this was their last and final attempt. I ask when they tried to deliver if they try four times apparently and this is the first I'm seeing an attempt. The lady gives me so much attitude and just keeps insisting they are sending my package back unless I can get their immediately and oh they close in the next 20 minutes. Turns out they had attempted twice the time on my door and on the wrong house. Yet, somehow that was four times. Meanwhile I had no idea it was being shipped through them. I arrive at the shipping center and ask for my package. The women then lectures me about not being home and all of this other stuff. What if you have a job? What if you don't know when they are delivering or that they are delivering? This is my first review that I'm writing... because this happened again whenever I found out only half of my package shipped the first time and I had to go through it again. Good luck if you are getting a package...
Read moreWorst shipping experience I’ve ever had. For four days in a row tracking showed my package was out for delivery and so I made arrangements to work from home and scheduled my day around being available to sign for it. Every day it was marked as being “out for delivery” but then wouldn’t show up and be marked “delivery not attempted” with an updated delivery date for the next day. Frustratingly this wasn’t updated until well after the original delivery time window (11am-3pm) causing me to sit around waiting unnecessarily.
Calling customer support was useless: First I just got someone in India assuring me it would be delivered the next day (it was not) and then subsequent calls I was hung up on by the automated system because apparently you’re only allowed one live phone call per shipment 🤷🏼♂️
Finally, I just showed up at the facility and walked right in to the warehouse and got someone to find my package.
This was a few weeks ago but fast forward to today I see a news report about a state police sting on this facility…turns out workers are stealing peoples packages so I’m glad I showed up to get mine before workers helped themselves to it.
Definitely lost all faith in FedEx won’t use them myself for shipping and will think twice or request an alternate carrier when buying from a merchant...
Read moreIf I could give this place negative stars, I would. This is the only FedX Shipment Center near me, which is a 30 minute drive— the rest of the FedX locations around me are drop off locations, which I know do not print shipping labels.
I have a QR code sent for a return; upon arriving at this location, I stood in line and patiently waited for my turn. While waiting I noted that the customer currently being assisted was sending a parcel out, meaning a shipping label had to be printed.
Now tell me why when it was my turn to be assisted, I was flat out told, “No, we do not print shipping labels.” all the while peeling a shipping label in front of me and putting it on the previous customer’s parcel. They did not even ask if I had a QR code— they out right told me no they did not print labels at this location.
When going onto the FedX website to find locations that was Full Service, this location was the first on the list. It obviously states on the website that if you have a QR label to bring it into any of the Full Service locations, and they will print it for you.
So again, why was I told this location does not print shipping labels all the while peeling one right in front of me.
Terrible customer service, terrible interpersonal interaction, terrible attitude,...
