Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Henagar

The service at this particular jacks has been AWFUL in the past few months. I went through the drive thru. I pulled up from the window to make sure my order was all there bc it is very rare that all of my order is ever completed. When doing so I noticed only one of my eggs being there. I looked at the receipt to find out they charged me for one side order of two eggs. I went into the store to ask if I could have my other side order of eggs that I was willing to pay for since they gave me BIRD FOOD and were calling it TWO EGGS. The woman who was running the front counter gave me an awful look as she does everytime I come in because once again my order was messed up. I went without my second order of eggs because of her horrible attitude. Only to find out my 3 breakfast burritos were also made with scraps. I’ve worked in fast food before and I know it can be hectic but with the continued attitude from this woman and the constant disappointment from always having to go back in after I waited in a line for 25 or more minutes I decided to write a review. It seems like Jacks in henagar need new managers. The only manager i’ve ever received great service from is Starla Bass and i’m not quite sure she even works there anymore. This place needs a re-up on customer service and how to properly make the food with the correct...

I’m not sure exactly what the issue is with this location, but over the past few months the service has really went down hill lately. My last two orders will probably be the last for a while.

On 10/21/22 I stopped in for some of the new chicken nuggets. I was excited because I had some at the Scottsboro location the previous week and they were really good! The nuggets were juicy and tender, the ones at the Henagar location not so much.

Instead it looks like I received the hard end pieces off the chicken fingers. Out of all this “chicken” I found one piece of chicken that was in any shape resembling a nugget. Not sure why I was given this and I should have checked it before I left.

On 10/31/22 around 6:30 AM I stopped in for a biscuit, it wasn’t busy and there was only one car heard of me. I say that because if you’ve been through Henagar in the mornings you’ve seen the drive thru line wrapped around the building.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo. Again I should have checked my order before I left but I received a sausage biscuit and nearly burnt, hard hash rounds. I don’t know if the local wildlife enjoyed those hash rounds but I sure didn’t.

I really wish the service was better at this location. Hopefully one day it will get back to the way...

I love Jack's, but I will say that I do get frustrated often by the one I frequent which is in Henagar, AL. They have left food out of my order on multiple occasions, they don't listen to my order when I ask for extra gravy and sometimes the fries are cold. This visit in particular I searched my bag before leaving and they had forgotten an order of fries completely and also didn't give me the extra gravy I ordered either. Luckily they fixed it before we left, but had I not checked the bag before pulling away then I wouldn't have known until I got home. I've called and complained about these issues on several occasions and the manager always apologizes and says that they will work on those issues but so far I've seen no prrof that they are making changes to fix these issues as I continue to have problems...
