I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant and was deeply unsatisfied with the customer service. I ordered through the app and arrived about 15-20 minutes later. When I confirmed my order at the board, I was instructed to pull forward. After about 10 minutes in line, I reached the window where a new female associate, who was still learning, asked for my payment. I informed her I had already paid online and could show proof through the app if needed.
A male associate then came to my window and told me that my soup order had been cancelled because it was "unavailable" and would take 30 minutes to heat up. He also mentioned that I might have been double-charged because of the cancellation. At this point, I asked for my entire order to be canceled and that I would get food elsewhere. It was then when the associate offered to replace my soup with another menu item, only after cancelling my original order and stating it was "unavailable" due to the need of the soup needing to be heated up. By this point, I was already frustrated. Not only had I waited longer than expected, but they also hadn’t bothered to inform me of the change at the board when I placed the order.

Read moreThis Chick-Fil-A is subpar. I don’t go to this store that often. However over half of our visits we’ve had errors on our order. The food isn’t consistently (it’s hit or miss) as good as the gold standard that we’ve all come to love with name CFA. The wait times are also not as “speedy” as expected.
It’s just frustrating to not get the food you ordered. No cheese on either delux sandwich. I asked to substitute bun for multi grain- however regular bun was used.I ordered large fries and large lemonade. Small/ medium cups were used. I asked for that to be fixed, as that was obvious, before driving away. The fry container was half full. I asked for 8 honey roasted bbq sauce. We got 4. But I guess they felt sorry and threw in 2 honey mustard…. that we didn’t ask for. The fries tasted off- kinda like grease. I’ve NEVER had anything from CFA that tasted like grease.
It’s frustrating to “pull forward” and wait probably 10 minutes. I can understand that this occasionally happens. But gosh, at least get the order right if it’s been 15 minutes...
Read moreYou still haven't figured out the drive thru situation in Henderson texas. In most places Chick-fill-a is known as a "well oiled machine". I come through the Henderson location about twice a month. This location is unlike any other chick-fil-a we frequent. In the last 12 interactions, there has not failed to be a mistake or delay(10-15 min) with our order. It's now a running joke..."i wonder whats gonna happen this time?" type of thing. Well today was no exception. We were in the drive through during "shift change", obviously we should have known better. Which translated to about 15 minutes of being stuck in the line. While eight cars in the adjacent lane zipped through. And after the delay to order we then had to wait in chick fil a time out for the chicken strips to arrive. But at least the employee fixed everything by saying "sorry 'bout that" as she walked away. I felt very appreciated and respected. In most other instances I'd say what do you expect? It's a chicken express or burger King... but come on, this is a chick fil...
