Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Henderson

I witnessed one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen at a restaurant ever. They didn't know how to take my order. It wasn't a complicated order. It was a number 11 with a Sprite. They put my order in there system and it was way more then what the menu said and they kept changing it to try to match what the menu said but they could never figure out how to put the order in there system. So the manager just put in a manual discount to fix the order. Then I received my order and my god did I get ripped off. The chicken strips are smaller than popcorn chicken nuggets. This place is to be avoided at all costs. The incompetence here is incredible. I will never get food here again. I'm done. This place is worse then the Buger King in town....and I thought it was impossible to...

The lady taking our order tonight was sooo freaking rude cut us off in the middle of talking multiple times. She pulled up the total after we said one food item like she was in a hurry and my husband had to say hold on we are not finished with our order. She then sounded more annoyed and was just rude. Once we finished she said “is that all..” in the most condescending voice. Her name was (dayisa). The night staff here sucks. Well beside Samuel he was really great getting our order even double checked on it for us. this one star is for the night staff. Because y’all’s morning...

Not a terrible experience the servers are kind and friendly who came out pretty fast your typical fast food when they brought her drinks they were lacking a drink carrier we asked for one they brought it to us. For the most part the atmosphere around sonics look fairly clean dumpster area with a little bit trashy but that's really none of our concern all in all not a bad experience I don't eat fast food really that much so yeah the food was okay still hot when it came out everything was made right. I gave it three stars because I can't see myself giving a fast food...
