Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Henderson

So happy to finally have a Dutch Bros near where I live! It's an interesting parking lot with construction building the other new stores beside a brand new gas station and convenience store. You'll want to head into the drive thru line from the gas station side of the building. U-turns are not necessary on either cross street to reach this location. Fast and friendly service! Had small hiccups with drinks coming out right the first week they opened (as expected with training new staff) but they've since turned into a very productive and fun staff! Even when there's a rush line, I've been able to get through it and get my coffee within 10 minutes. I especially love this location as there is some effective shade for their workers so they can take orders out of direct sunlight. Maybe I am weird, but I care greatly for others' safety and our summers are no joke. Thank you, Dutch Bros and their employees for wonderful drinks created with care and speed! My friends and I fuel our study days with your delicious coffee each week!

The line for this location is borderline ridiculous. It blocks off the whole parking lot, making it hard to access the other businesses in the area or even get out of the parking lot. I work at a business in this complex, and it is hard for me to park or leave sometimes because the line makes it so I can't even back out of my parking spot. Often times the cars in line will actually close any gaps where I could get through because they're so worried that I'm trying to cut them in line when I'm just trying to exit the parking lot. Our customers where I work are constantly complaining to us about our parking lot being blocked off. A person who works here has even had their car hit by somebody trying to navigate in and out of this line. I know that they know this is a problem I just don't see why they don't do anything to correct it such as wrap the the line the other way where it would only block off one entrance/exit rather than blocking off all three of the other exits/entrances...

My daughter asked for a green apple Frost treat for her birthday. She usually loves them and I thought it was a great idea so on my way home I stopped and bought four drinks total. Once we left, my daughter took a drink and said mom this taste weird being a mom. I told her she had to drink it. I just spent a lot of money on it then I put my straw in and tried it and agreed. It didn’t taste right. I turn my light on to look at our drinks because it was dark and they were a white color when they are normally a pretty green, they had no flavor just sweetness. I looked at the other two drinks we bought and they were just as pale. I wish I could say this is the first time they have messed up a order but this is probably the third and final straw. I love Dutch bros I even have a budget for my cofffes but I won’t be going to this location and wasting...
