Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Henderson

Food is okay, but they mess up my order alot, but the manager of the one in Henderson,TN is very helpful, if you have a problem, he does not give you a hard time or an attitude, very polite and fixes what ever is wrong!! And I appreciate that very much, I only called about a wrong order twice, because I didn't want to be a complainer! But I just couldn't let it go every time! These fast food places need to get more people in there that know what the heck they are doing!! Tired of getting wrong orders, cold food, or stale food!! Just want to add, that the company got back with me, but only gave me a web address for contact, when everyone else got a phone number to call!! How nice, I have to go through a lot of hassle to say something to them, but everyone else gets a phone number!! I guess I didn't complain enough!! Well everyone can have a bad experience once! I had it 3 in a row. I ordered a quater pound double cheese burger this is on the daily special. I ask for ketchup ,pickels,onions. When I received, it looked like it had been cooked at least 5 hours earlier an left under the heat lamp,it was hard as a rock except for a thumb size in the middle of the burger. I sent it back,they apologize ,an replaced it. So help me the second wasn't much better an there was mustard on it. So I'm disappointed and ask for my money back when I ask the lady on the intercom said I'll see. So I waited about 25 minutes no one came,I then called out to a waitress walking by an ask if she would just take the burger. She then said oh let me get the manager, she came out was very polite looked at it shaking her head an said I'll replace it,so there it was the 3rd time. This is one of the best Sonics in the nation as far as food quality goes. However, the staff are lazy and sometimes hateful. The biggest complaint I have about it is that the restaurant closes at 10. One time myself and some friends went and I ordered first at like 9:55 or so and when i was through ordering they turned the lights off and my friends WHO WERE IN THE SAME CAR did not get to order, my iPhone said it was still 4-5 minutes until closing.

Though the food is good it is a little overpriced for a fast food place in my opinion. They are one of the only Sonics in Tennessee that sells "Pickle-O's" which are deep friend pickles, but they are almost five dollars an order, a little ridiculous I think considering it is costing them so little to make them.
