Typically this location is great and the staff is super friendly when I pick up my orders. There have only been less than a handful of times where there was a mistake or they were backed up and I had to wait additional time for a mobile pick up order.
Although this is the second time I've had a mobile order messed up. I ordered a venti and was given a grande for the second time. The first time I caught it during pick up and they switched the drink out. This second time around my friend picked up our order and was not aware of the size mistake since I had placed our order. I called the store and they said I would have to be in the store for any kind of "fix" to happen. So I drove back to the store with the drink. The lady said I could keep the grande drink and she would make me a venti "free" of charge. I tried to explain how it wasn't free because I originally paid for a venti and wasted additional gas having to leave work to go back to fix the order. It's not free of charge when that is what I originally ordered. Another employee quickly stepped in and offered a $4 store credit instead.

I explained to one of the baristas that I received a cold brew instead of a chai latte and she stated they are the same thing, one of them (the cold brew) just has cold foam. I work as a barista myself so I knew that was incorrect and she didn’t insist on making a new one at all. Another 10 minutes go past and I still don’t have the frap that was made incorrectly and I’m trying my best to be patient. One of the other baristas were very helpful and she’s genuinely the reason this rating isn’t one star. She made both drinks over for me and apologized. Read moreI get the same Starbucks drink everyday but this particular new branch decided to make my drink different and try to overcharge me by adding on additional add ons. I showed her my order in the app I which I get everyday and they decide to fill my drink with oat milk no even reaching to the top of the cup. I never have to explain my order to the other locations. This is the first it was made this way and the manager stated if I wanted my cup filled and mixed with oat milk my order will change to a latte. I have never heard of that before and no other location fought me the way she just did. I usually order and it’s made to perfection. I will never go to this location again.
