Subway — Restaurant in Henderson

My wife had to use the restroom, automatically told to go walk to the gas station, she offered to buy something refused service, she is pregnant yes I can drive over to the gas station yet we were already by Subway, I explained that it's not really safe out here and she would be a woman walking alone to the gas station while pregnant, she said "I don't care if hope she gets kidnapped", that's crazy then proceeded to tell me to get out followed by a racial slur.

It was some lady with messed up makeup or overdone, didn't catch her name, I can't come back here after that.

Today I went to Subway and placed an order for 6 meals, clearly requesting from the beginning that each one be packed separately. When they handed them to me all together, I kindly asked again for them to be separated. Instead of helping, I was met with an unprofessional and aggressive response. I was told the manager doesn’t allow extra bags, napkins, or even restroom use. I understand company policies, but good customer service means listening and being willing to find solutions—not shouting at customers. Today I was told that I couldn't get a breakfast sandwich in a spinach wrap, but the other locations can? Aren't they all under the same owner? Also one of the same employee had her son working on the register, what kind of backwards mess is that...Only in Henderson 🙄😩
