Bojangles — Restaurant in Henderson

I eat here often but today was really a busy day for them for some reason.. I was going to go through the drive through but it was taking so long the line was around the building once and out of the parking lot, people were waiting in the major roadway coming into the Bojangles so I tried to park and go inside to order. There wasn't a line inside so I was able to go right up and order which was great odd but great since the parking lot was full. Anyway I put in my order and waited for my Togo order and it was really short time later I got my order. They verified my order that on the recept was my order but problem was I should've checked the order because when got to my in laws to distribute the food and to my surprise we were a biscuit short and one biscuit didn't have a piece of sausage so tech. we were 2 biscuits short. The Bojangles we went to after going to the first Bojangles that was closer to the in laws was packed inside and out was 5 miles away so we opted to just eat what we had and which was good as well just people who have a job ought to be doing that job and not Short some bodies order to get them out fast.. I'd rather have my money's worth and have to wait than get home and make a child cry because they didn't get what they wanted... The cost didn't matter the crying kid costs more as most people are...

I was waiting for OVER 45 minutes for a wing dinner. I was told it would be out in 10 minutes then another 20 minutes go by, then a lady comes outside only to tell me it will take another 30 minutes. I walked in and ask for my money back and they said your chicken will be ready in 5 minutes. I go bs I into the car and wait another 15 minutes and still nothing so I go back inside and complain only for them to start making another customer’s order that came after me. The customer noticed how frustrated I was and asked the Manager to make my food first, because she knew that was not right! After I finally got my chicken after almost a freaking hour! No apology no complimentary food NOT A DARN THING BUT ATTITUDE! I called and asked to speak to the manager only for the Manager to hang up on me! I hope CORPORATE sees this REVIEW! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE FREAKING...

Horrible, if I could rate 0 stars I would. My wife went to pick up food for the family, mind you this is around 10:45am not late at night; she ordered 2 cajun filet biscuits, 3 fries, a chicken supreme meal, and a Mac & cheese with 2 extra honey mustards for drive through. She left the window without checking first but checked after pulling forward and realized the 2 cajun filets & extra honey mustards were missing. When she went in with the CC receipt the employees acted as if she was a thief and a liar and were very rude. Told her she needed to go get the ticket off the box. After a big fuss they finally gave her what we paid for with our hard earned money. We won't be returning to this location, needless to say. Failure at every level. Management needs re-train. If these people can't succeed at even a Bojangles they really won't do well in...
