Incredible Tacos and Torta at Taquira El Chuy!
I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Taquira El Chewy, and it’s easily the best taco truck I've ever experienced. The Pastor Torta was out of this world—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with flavor in every bite. I also tried two Pastor Tacos, and they were just as fantastic, with a deliciously soft tortilla and a mouthwatering balance of spices. No bathrooms, but there's a gas station about 20 yards away if you need facilities. While we were there a local farmer showed up for lunch, by which I mean the locals recognize the treasure they've got on hand. Wish I'd stopped here long ago, but...
