Golden Chick — Restaurant in Hennessey

What heck is this? It looked like someone took a bit out of it at first. After a closer look at it, the bun started to fall apart when I picked it up. This truly unacceptable, laziness on the cook's personality. I could half-way understand if the restaurant was busy as heck but they weren't at that precise moment. How hard was it to put a new bun before sending it out? It isn't....honestly this deserves a write-up on that employees conduct file that way this doesn't happen again. On a side note, I was requested cheese on the sandwich. Now where is the cheese on the sandwich? There isn't any. I'd give this a negative star rating if there was any to...

i’ve tried the Golden Chick in Hennessy & they’re chicken sandwiches are just fantastic! so when i found out there was on in Yukon, i was excited! but, when i tried the chicken sandwich, it was just not the same & as good. the bread was mainly air, not thick. there was way too much sauce in it, making it very spicy, which i like, but i wanted to note that. and the chicken was just not as crispy & tasty. the sandwich itself was also not warm at all!! the only thing i really liked were the french fries, they were SO good. i won’t be going back to this...

I haven’t been to a Golden Chick in 20 years because of 1 bad experience (yes, I like to hold a grudge). Nevertheless, I decided to give this Hennessy location a shot because I still have a 16 year old grudge against Sonic that I’m not ready to forget and it is conveniently located next to my hotel. I must say! The staff was very friendly and courteous and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Thank y’all for unknowingly lifting an ancient grudge that has, not in the least of ways, affected my life. See...
