Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hennessey

We came in with a family of 7 only one table had customers sitting at it. When we came in we were addressed by a worker telling us that it would be 30 minutes before they could get to us. An hour later we was asked what we wanted to drink. 20 minutes later after receiving our dressed we stopped the waitress if we could get 3 salads from the the salad bar. Which was not stocked well or good quality. After sitting there for over an hour and a half we still had not been waited on other than drinks. No order taken. We being aggravated about the service my husband went up and offered payment for the three drinks (every one else had water)and three single trip salads. Where we was charged $35. We left and went to another eating establishment in Enid where we received great service at a good price. Probably will never eat at or recommend eating at Pizza Hut in Hennessey after this...

I did a online order a 5:07 pm on sat march 14 2020. I ordered a big dipper and a bbq chicken,bacon pizza. I got there at approx. 5:35 I gave them my name and the guy that looked my order up said it wasnt done so I set there for 15-20 minutes and was asked by someone else what I ordered and my name. They looked it up and said oh it's in the back and went and got. I can’t say enough good things about the Hennessey Pizza Hut! The food is always hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—her customer service is outstanding, and she truly makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in.

The pizzas are consistently made just right, and you can really tell they care about quality. Nobody puts pizzas in the Hut like Pizza Hut, and this location proves it every time. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great food and even...
