Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Henryetta

Stopped at Braum’s today at approximately 12:30 pm in Henrietta Oklahoma for a bite to eat while traveling. It was busy and there was no one manning the front register. The girl working the drive through said she would be with me in a moment. I nodded and stood there looking at the menu. She seemed annoyed, walked over and started to take my order. I was trying order a meal with plain burger, she interrupted and got short several times and when I asked if I could put mayo on it she threw her hands up and went back to the drive thru. Manager steps in, I comment I didn’t know I only had a few seconds to order and he states I need to hurry up as well and acts like my order is really complicated. He did state they were super short staffed and he was helping in the food and grocery line. Once the food is ready, she hands me the bag trying to control her laughter and tells me as sarcastically as possible to have a super great day. I walk out and throw the bag directly in the bed of my truck and go elsewhere to get something to eat. I just came off of five nights of straight hell on a job in Tulsa short staffed as well and did not feel the need to be shitty to anyone. I never write reviews but had to after our last visit. We've been stopping here for several years coming back from the lake and our order is always wrong using the drive though. Every single time. Inside it's fine. We have a running joke that dad will eat the burger/shake that was wrong. It's fine and gives me a surprise. This last time we didn't check our food because there were several people behind us and I didn't want to keep them waiting. Both Diet Cokes were Dr Peppers and one shake was completely missing. I should have noticed so my fault on the missing shake. With a line behind me, two hungry kids and a wife, I wanted to clear out. The burgers were good and moving forward, if we stop here again, I'll brave the wait times and lines inside to make sure we get what we pay for. Again, nice people but we have never had a 100% correct order using the drive though here. I'd guess 50+ visits. Most of the time it's simple mistakes like adding tomato or lettuce. Easy items to take off but this last time I lost money on two drinks and a shake so I decided to write...

Stopped for Braums breakfast bagles on Saturday morning. Order taken quickly at speaker. Checked out quickly at 1st window. At 2nd window the woman asked us pull ahead and park. We were in big hurry taking son to OU football camp. I asked "how long will it be do you think?" Woman replied "it'll take as long as it takes" and shut window. I was a little shocked. Asked my wife if I interpreted the woman wrong. She interpreted it to be as rude as I did. Parked, walked in and asked woman for refund. She told me "there making them now". I told her "you asked me to pull forward and park, I asked how long you thought it would be, POLITELY, you replied it'll be as long as it takes. At this point I'd just appreciate a refund". The woman processed refund and wished me have a good day, I thanked her. This was really ridiculous considering they had NO other customers in store, NO ONE in drive thru. It was 8:00am on saturday morning. I will not spend money where its not...
