This is a rating for this day only. I was picking up an order for someone. I was informed the order was ready. Subway was informed we arrived. After 10 minutes I went inside. The order was nowhere to be seen. Subway employees informed me some jerk knew the name/initial on the order and walked out with the food. They stole a foot long, 3, 6" subs and the chips if they were bagged. I had to wait for them to make the subs again.
The employees were very busy but they managed to get them done at a reasonable pace. They offered me a free drink and chips for the hassle.

There was one lovely worker who was quickly and cheerfully filling an order for a lady who ordered 7 sandwiches, while also filling an online order for three pizzas and four sandwiches. Not once did she show frustration, she maintained communication with the customers, and her memory of everything with so much going on at one time was very impressive. She apologized several times for the slight delay, but she was so kind. There were about four very positive customers standing with me who were impressed and reassuring. No wonder some employees there have no idea how to deliver proper customer service to their customer's or how to show their customer's appreciation for there business. The manager needs to be someone her employees can model & be proud of but unfortunately the manager is hateful & unappreciative of her customers & her attitude has rubbed off on a few of her employees & there is no reason to be mean to anyone ever.
