Tequilas Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Heyworth

The service and atmosphere were fantastic. This is mostly a personal preference. I've lived in Texas, so I got too used to the Tex-Mex style. Down there has much better tasting food, spicy and seasoning wise, here it wasn't "spicy." Add a little more seasoning and a little more spice, you'll be golden.

This review is mostly for the owner/manager. Yes, it's your business and not mine, but that's the main thing I'd recommend. You did not lose a customer; I'll still be coming back when I have the craving again.

The restaurant was clean. The waiter & staff were incredibly friendly & gave great service. The food was just incredibly disappointing. My husband ate his but it looked sad. I ordered a burrito ($4) and the 3 taco meal ($14) I also had queso with my chips and my boyfriend and I each got one drink a raspberry margarita that was alright and I had a Pina colada, it was the worst drink I've ever gotten anywhere.
