Subway — Restaurant in Heyworth

This was one of the worst places to work. The manager will NOT hold back on yelling at her co workers, especially new ones. This was also the most disorganized and unfriendly places i have worked at as well. The co workers won't help much unless it's that one girl with the blonde hair. Forgot her name but she was the only person there that was decent to me. I was really excited to get a job and the way i was treated there was absolutely unacceptable. And also for anyone who plans on applying, please know that the manager has cameras in the back and she watches you even when off work. I know that because she was very rude to me about sitting down, since i was confused on what to do. I explained i could've asked, and it was my mistake for not doing so, but she just said "mhm yeah okay" in a very passive aggressive tone. By the second day there i was already planning on how i could quit because of how miserable i was there....

Subway as a brand has gotten incredibly expensive so I , like many people, rely on coupons when ordering online to get the best deal . This subway however is notorious for disabling coupons . While I understand that food and operating costs make honoring coupons difficult ; the result is ultimately that I just stop ordering all together rather than pay full price. That's kind of where I'm at currently with this location even though I previously ordered once or twice a week.

As for everything ELSE at this location; The employees are always friendly and fast, The sandwiches are made well and are pretty consistent . Edit based on the owner's response: All currently active digital coupons have been saying "promo not available at this location" when ordering via the app. Either they're not being honest or theres a bug in their system which doesn't affect the other nearby...

I typically don’t go in store to order, but tonight the App wasn’t working. I ordered a salad, with tuna. The guy grabbed one hand, and not a full hand of lettuce, and that was it. Proceeded to ask what else? I had to ask, “Is that all the lettuce that is in a salad? Mind you, my kind is on the fact that this salad is nearly 12 bucks. Way too high for what you get. He replied, “I was just making sure there is room.” What? Isn’t lettuce the main ingredient in a salad went through my mind. Also, in my day of working fast food, there were requirements of how much of each thing goes on what you ordered. I’m not asking for more, but I do expect to get what is required and advertised. This salad fell very short to acceptable. I am beyond disappointed. I will no longer give my business to...
