DG Market — Local services in Heyworth

I know what you're thinking -- what kind of person is leaving a poor review for a chain known for its inexpensive pricing and convenient shopping.

Well the sad fact is that this is one of only of the few shopping locations in Heyworth, and it has drastically gone downhill. I am unsure if there has been a change of management, but the store is constantly dirty, aisles are cluttered from stocking the shelves, and very disorganized as though it hadn't been organized in ages.

The quality of the clerks has gone down as well. I don't expect to be greeted with a hearty hello to quantify a pleasant experience. But what is discouraging is the fact that anytime you need something, they act as though you are a bother to help.

I know. I'm going to keep on going to Dollar General. I live in town and my options are limited. I don't feel like driving into Bloomington anytime I need dental floss or deodorant. But if you're driving by, and need convenience. Just keep on driving into Bloomington. This place...

I have never been so embarrassed in my life in public by a cashier. Tried using a manufacturer coupon ( which I’ve used plenty of times before here) and was told that it doesn’t work, when I assured her they do work she says” well what do you want me to do about it “ so I said fine if you don't know how to scan them or type them in that’s fine.
