Subway — Restaurant in Hialeah Gardens

I had placed an online order for two different subs with specific details of what to not add to one sub and the other sub to have certain things. But when I went to go pick up my order, I assumed they got the specific details of the order and I did not check my sub in the restaurant. When I got home the subs were identical and missing all the ingredients other than just chicken, lettuce, and spinach. It was missing the bacon to the “chicken bacon ranch” sub, it’s even in the name !! And they still failed to add it to the sub.. When I tried to call the store the phone sounded busy.. worse experience so far.. i give it a two star and not one because I’ve had good service before but...

The lady working told me to try a new peperroni for the bmt, i asked her if the price was the same and she said yes. At the time to pay when i showed her i had a coupon she said i couldn't use it because the new pepperoni cost more and it was not under promotion. Very misleading information from the two ladies working here today. It was a 5 dollars difference, that i as a costumer had to pay when i actually came in just for the coupon which is 8.99 with a meal.
