I’ve ordered 3 times from them and each time delivery took well over and hour and a half. Two days ago I ordered at 1:29 pm and the order arrived at 3:20 pm. When I called to cancel the order since it had already been two hours they said to keep the food and they would credit my credit card for the order. Of course this never happened and I paid for cold food once again. If you order from the app it tells you the order will take 45 minutes to an hour yet the driver admitted that before I place the order next time I should call first to see what the actual wait time would be since the app has that as standard language. Although I appreciate his input this is not a restaurant but a delivery or carry out food place. I’m not making reservations at a 5 star restaurant and sadly I won’t be ordering from them ever again. It’s a shame because even though the food was Always cold you could tell it would have been delicious if received timely and hot. My only advice to all if you really want food from here I suggest you place the order and pick it up personally. Then again you never know if even that would help. Really poor management considering the manager doesn’t even have the decency to apologize when you call from the inconvenience they cause. I will say his staff if pleasant. That’s probably the only nice thing I can say. This is why I will stick to ordering from Nic’s Pizza off Hialeah drive. The food choices may not me as many but at least they deliver timely and the food is ALWAYS hot...

Terrible experience. Ordered pizza directly on their website and it stated to pick up the pizza in 15 minutes. I live about 10 minutes away and when I arrive at the store the while nice lady in the front tells me it takes 45 minutes… she said it would be another 30 minutes to finish meanwhile the guy making the pizza and the other employee talking in Spanish about it being “my problem” (mind you they don’t know I’m actually Spanish and speak it fluently) they kept insisting it’s a “beyond menu” issue that it’s not their problem. Last time I checked you are the vendor and the customer isn’t supposed to know or quite frankly care how you do your business or what services you use. Again, this is not on a. Third party site, it was ordered directly from their website. In order to cancel I have to call this long distance number for some call center in India with a lady you can barely understand tell you she needs to coordinate with the store… spoken to three different ladies now asking me the same thing if I am still waiting for the pizza or do I want to cancel it. I’ve already ordered another pizza elsewhere and en route to pick it up… Shame, but maybe if they were more understanding and pleasant and/or offered me some of compensation or free item I would’ve reconsidered, instead I received a smug attitude from the guys, especially...

I lived in Chicago a few years ago and LOVED the Chicago style pizza there so I was really excited to find a local place that makes it. The order was actually delivered faster than expected too which was nice. We got the meat lovers Chicago style pizza and a NY style cheese. The NY style pizza was OK but I was quickly disappointed with the Chicago style pizza upon the first bite. It’s very thin, not as thick/loaded as an authentic one, and the meat was very sparse for a meat lovers pizza. There wasn’t really any meat in the one slice I had. I got like a piece of sliced deli ham. My husbands slice was the same. It was mostly just a mess of sauce and cheese and we ended up throwing it away. The sauce was overly sweet and there was way too much of it. My pizza arrived cold, but granted I don’t live super close to the restaurant. Long story short, not what I was expecting so I was disappointed. It’s highly unlikely that I’d order from here again. I’m attaching a pic of what I got today, and a comparison pic of an authentic...

We stopped here after a music festival looking for what we thought was going to be amazing pizza. SPOILER: It wasn't We ordered inside at the counter and waited the 25 minutes in the car. We ordered a large pepperoni, 6 garlic rolls and 6 pepperoni rolls. I haven't had pizza in about a year so this was very exciting for me. The pepperoni rolls are basically mozzarella and pepperoni rolled croissant style in pizza dough. They are VERY bland and the marinara sauce that comes on the side is equally as bland. The garlic rolls were garlic rolls. Nothing to complain or compliment there. Now the pizza. Like I said earlier, what I thought was going to be magnificent pizza, was not. It was also VERY bland. Devoid of flavor. It really tastes like... Nothing. The whole order was very disappointing and not worth the gastric distress I'll be in later because of the cheese.

Not a sit in restaurant. There’s a little counter space to grab a quick bite or delivery. Only a mile off of 826 Palmetto Expressway. Cooked my husband’s pizza to order, the cook returned his food to the oven multiple times to get the cheese dark and bubbly like he likes it. The lasagna was so yummy and large enough for two or one hardy appetite. It was, I quote, ‘made by me with LOVE.’ We did not have time to wait 45 minutes for the Chicago style pizza to cook, but will next time we visit! Fantastic mom-and-pop corner place!
