La Catalana Bakery — Restaurant in Hialeah

Espanol/English Review. El servicio es horrible. Las mujeres que asisten a este lugar no saben como trabajar. Me pidieron mi pedido más de cuatro veces antes que una de ellas finalmente lo escribio. Además de eso me pidieron un precio para mi orden y mientras sacaba el dinero se alejó para atender a otro cliente. No era la locura del almuerzo, el lugar no estaba lleno. Cuando terminó asistiendo a la otra persona la senora me preguntó mi pedido de nuevo y me dio otra cotización del precio de un dólar más alto que la primera vez. Le pregunté si estaba bien ese precio y ella estuvo de acuerdo, así que le pagué con un billete de veinte. Yo ordene un pan con bistec a 2.50, una pizza a 2.50 y un guarapo que no me dieron precio pero sacando una cuenta basica tendria que salir a 1.50. En total seria 6.50 y mi cambio fue 13.50. Ella sólo me dio 10. 20 y gritó: 'Necesito cambio.' Ella no me dio otra mirada y dejó el cambio incorrecto en mi palma. Traté de preguntarle acerca de mi cambio, pero ella sólo me dejó con 'Dame un momento.' Si eso no fuera suficiente, cuando mi pedido llegó ella lo miró y dijo que no me cobraron por mi sandwich, que era 2.50 y llega al total que yo page. Así que encima de debiéndome 3.30 yo tenía que pagarle de nuevo por el sándwich. Ella me aseguró que me dara mi cambio cuando tenga una oportunidad. Esperé casi 10 minutos antes de que me fui enojada. Esa mujer es estafadora o incompetente y la comida lo refleja quando llege a casa y mire el pan con bistec era una cosa seca con unas miseras papitas Solo sin nada mas. Y estando en la cafeteria el cocinero sale para hablar con un cliente sin guantes y harina en las manos yo no quería que mi hermano se comiera su pizza quemada. Este lugar se merece una estrella. Donde quardan los pastelles es sucio, los trabajadores no son cualificado y no tiene donde sentarse para disfrutar su horrible comida. Tenga la seguridad de que nunca regresere. /// The service was awful. The women who attend this place are scattered and forgetful. I was asked my order over four times before one of them finally wrote it down. On top of that I was quoted one price by the woman who would charge me, not the woman who wrote it down, and then she walked away to attend another customer. It wasn't lunch rush, the place wasn't packed. When she finished attending the other person she, once again, asked me my order then gave me another price quote one dollar higher than last time. I asked her if it was right and she agreed so I paid her with a twenty. I ordered one sandwich, 2.50. A pizza, 2.50 and a guarapo which I didn't know the price of but by adding my change must have been 1.50. My total being 6.50. My change was 13.50 and she only gave me 10. 20 and yelled out 'I need change.' She didn't give me another glance and left the incorrect change in my palm. I tried to ask her about my change but she just blew me off with 'Give me a moment.' If that wasn't bad enough, when my order came to me she looked at it and said she didn't charge me for my sandwich which was 2.50 and added up to my change. I argued but she insisted she didn't charge me, so on top of her owing me 3. 30 I had to pay her for the sandwich again or she wouldn't give it to me. I was already angry but being a decent person I paid her again. I mentioned my correct change and she assured me my change would be given when she got another chance. I waited nearly 10 minutes before I angrily left. I am so insulted. I can't even say the food is decent. I ordered a sandwich and got only the meat and the tiny potato bits. No lettuce, tomato, onions, nothing. And when the cook comes out to talk to a customer with flour on his hands I didn't want my brother to eat his burnt pizza anymore. This place deserves one star or less. It's dirty, managed by unqualified people who and has no proper seating area to even enjoy your awful meal. And that woman was either incompetent or willingly scammed me of my money, and both are horrible. Rest assured I will never visit this...

This is a great place for lunch you get steak sandwiches for sandwiches breakfast for 3 bucks you get cakes everything's fresh I give this a five-star thumbs up a very great cafeteria nice people and very respectable place for the money your pain you can't beat it you get a steak sandwich with a soda for $3 plus he leave a little tip for them the waiters...

This place is disgusting and full of roaches, had two put one star but if I could rate it I would rate 0 stars. The services were terrible the girls are rude and only care about the customers they want to care about. From now on I’ll be going to vickey bakery or IHOP way better hope you...
