CEVICHE MIAMI — Restaurant in Hialeah

I hope you don't mind, but I noticed some issues with my recent order and wanted to provide some feedback. I have been a loyal customer and have ordered from your establishment several times before. However, I must express my disappointment in the recent changes I have observed.

Unfortunately, the shrimp ceviche I ordered was of subpar quality. The shrimp did not taste fresh, and the fish had an unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, I even found a hair in my ceviche. I understand that these issues may not be the owner's fault, but I implore you to consider inspecting your employees and ensuring the freshness of your food.

My order also came incomplete.

The food is delicious and the service is great! I’ve had Peruvian food at other restaurants and the quality here is great. Also, there’s not a lot of places like this in Hialeah so I love that they’re located here. Our tip was automatically added to the receipt so do pay attention to that. I didn’t notice till later after we already tipped in cash but it looks a family-owned place and I’m happy if it goes to the business. A lot of places closed after the pandemic and hopefully this one stays for a long time. I will return ☺️

This place is amazing. I live 30 minutes away. We ordered POLLO SALTADO, PICADERO BARRUNTO, LECHE DE TIGRE, PAPA A LA HUANCAINA, CEVICHE MIXTO, Y LOMO SALTADO. Everything was delicious. It has 6 tables and a bar. There is also a pool table. The parking is a bit small and they work with food delivery services like Uber. The customer service is superb. I felt very catered to and the music is fire. This is a wonderful whole-in-the-wall. I would definitely come back and tell others about this wonderful place. It's...
