Dear Truck Drivers, Fathers/Mothers & Tri-Rail/Metro-Rail riders. To the working class Latino American who frequent this cafeteria. On October 5th they had a surprise inspection. They were walloped with 19 violations one which included "Roach activity in the middle of the main kitchen," & "soil residue build-ups." The inspector also noted that their Pork, Croquettes, & Ham were cold. He was giving us a heads up that their food is kept overnight. Moreover, adding insult to injury, the inspector also observed that there was "no running hot water & no soap for the employees to wash their hands." The food always comes out piping hot, the customer service is always on point and making sure you get everything just right and make sure you’re always good, and the price for the amount of food you get is the biggest win of it all in my opinion.
