Churromania Hialeah — Restaurant in Hialeah

The service is horrible. I took my daughter there about a month or so ago, because we were at Walmart shopping. They told us that they were closed but they continued to still take others after me. Today, I’m at Walmart shopping and my daughter asks for it again. It’s an earlier time do I figured why not. We stood in line for almost 5-6 minutes. Another shopper came and stepped in front of us; they stated that her order was ready ahead of time and she just needed to pay. I told them it doesn’t matter, we were already standing here and they were supposed to take our order before proceeding. They were adamant that I was wrong because the other person just needed to pay for her order. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years and I can tell you, that they’re doing an awful poor job. We ended up leaving because I feel that my money is not good with them. This is the second time where the staff have basically turned us away. And I will not let it...

We were still kind of hungry after dinner one night while visiting Miami. I can count on one hand the number of times I have used 3rd party delivery apps. They take such a big cut from restaurants that I always try to order directly through the restaurant itself.

That being said, we ate at our Airbnb that night and I really didn't feel like going out and sitting in Miami traffic. It was either find something on DoorDash or find something to eat that we already had. I went with DoorDash.

We got Churro Bites filled with dulce de leche. I also got a guava dipping sauce. We really enjoyed the churro bites. The dulce de leche was delicious. The guava sauce was not a sauce. It was so thick you couldn't dip anything in it. It also didn't taste good. I wouldn't get that again.

Horrible costumer service! They charge you the price of the churrito bites and they don’t even fill it, they ONLY give you one sauce and make you pay the price I rather buy the simple traditional ones and that’s it! There staff is horrible, the skinny girl which is apparently the manager is by far the worst one! Doesn’t wanna help if there’s something wrong with your order!! They usually always close at 10 I’ve gotten there at 8:40 couple times and they tell me there closed and not accepting orders but someone else goes and orders and they accept it!...
