This is a complaint for everything from Coco Furniture. The service, the deliveries, the sales person. Horrible customer service! I went to coco furniture on 6/22/2019 looking for a specific bedroom set ( TARA - SCOTT LIVING ) and a specific item in that bedroom set ( wine cabinet ) I was attended by Amparo - Sales person. She showed me their catalog and they had the bedrooms set. I specifically asked her for that wine cabinet and told her " If you guys do not have this, i will look elsewhere because i know of a place that has it " she told me they do have the wine cabinet. i went ahead and purchased this bedroom set and added on a mirror and lamps. This costs me about over $2,300. A few days later i get in contact with coco furniture in regards to my delivery date and they tell me they do not have the WINE CABINET and that they are back ordered and should be receiving in less that 2 weeks but everything else will be delivered on 7/2. I told them i was no longer interested and how would the credit return start, they said they couldn't cancel the order because it was already on the way. Before any of this i called my bank and told them what was happening and they said not to worry that if i don't receive anything they will make sure they give me my money back. They promised me the wine cabinet in a week after i mentioned i wanted to cancel order, i said fine, i will wait. Everything else was delivered as said BUT 1 of the drawers had cracked wood and permanent marker to cover it. I myself am a very picky person specially if i am paying this much money. I noticed it and told delivery guys to take it back. I contacted coco furniture and they sent a new one a week later (7/11/19). When i ask them if i will be receiving the wine cabinet as well they tell me they are in contact with the warehouse to check and did not have an answer for me. i checked for the next 2-3 days and no answer. I checked yesterday 7/15/2019 and they tell me that i should be receiving the wine cabinet in MID AUGUST.. This is very ridiculous, unprofessional. First i was lied to by Amparo saying that they had the wine cabinet all she wanted to do is get her commission! i understand she wants her commission but she does not have to lie to customers! Then i was tricked into delivery waiting dates and when those days arrived they kept pushing them. Now they have pushed it all the way into MID AUGUST ??? No, this is very unprofessional and absurd.    Read moreToday,I visited your store. I walked in with another customer, who I did not know. I was received by a lady named Claudia. She instantly started talking to the other customer and did not acknowledge me. By her actions, I believed she thought we were together. I informed her that wasn't the case, he was just another customer that came in after me. She stated "Oh! I thought you were together", she walked us to the Gallery in the back of the store. She brushed me off and continue to providing services to the man who came in after me. She brushed me off again and told me to look around that she would be right back. Not knowing where to start looking for the bar stools. I decided to walk around and take my time looking around the entire little gallery area, at the end I noticed that I was left alone to find my way out. There were three black doors, I got confused, I checked all the doors, two were locked door #3 was open. I didn't think I would have to pay attention of where I was entering, because there was a salesperson guiding me. I left the gallery and found my way back to the main office. I see her sitting behind the counter still taking care of the man. By the look on her face when she saw me, you knew she had forgotten that she had left me behind. I was so upset! I left the store and called to speak the manager. I was given a hard time, they informed that the manager was not in and they didn't know when he would be available. They had no idea when he would be around. I left my cell phone and no one has contacted me. I have purchased furniture for many years from furniture stores such as :Macy's, Room to go, Rana, El Dorado, Baer's and Ashley. I have never received or experienced the worst, most horrible, most disgusting, unpleasant and unprofessional customer service from your company Right now these are the only words I can think of because I haven't been able really find the correct words to describe the customer service experience I received from your company.
