La peor experiencia q he tenido en mi vida. Si pudiera les diera 0 stars. No soy de miami y me enamore por instagram de un false advertisement de un sectional blanco y pues sin verlo y confiando en ellos me decidí a comprarlo junto a otros items. Confirme con ellos q estaba comprando uno nuevo y no un floor model y ellos me confirmaron q si era uno nuevo. Resulta ser q me llego un sectional en condiciones pésimas lleno de stains y super sucio. Firme un form q ellos enviaron aceptando los items que estaban en buen estado pero puse una nota q no iva a quedarme con el sectional pero el delivery guy no quizo llevårselo por temor a q no le pagaran y ellos no les contestaron el telf. Aparte de las condiciones con la que recibí el sectional me falto un vase(planter) y unos rocks q no me enviaron. Eso paso Diciembre 20 del 2023. Desde entonces estoy lidiando con ellos. Primero me vendieron el sueño de q la semana próxima me lo enviarían. Luego no pudieron porq di q no estaba disponible, luego me ofrecieron una miseria de dinero para q me quedara con el, la cual no acepte. Luego me dijeron q el contenedor no llegaba hasta marzo y di q si queria esperar o tenian otras opciones. Llevo 31 dias exactamente hoy enero 16 lidiando con esto y ellos sin mandarme el vase y los rocks que ordene en Diciembre 4 y estaban supuestos a enviarlo en el delivery del 20 de diciembre. Mira cuanto tiempo yo en espera. La semana pasada Enero 10 ya yo cansada de lidear con ellos les dije q me mandaran un set de cuarto king y ellos me dijeron q no podian el set q podian un nigh stand y el bed frame. Pues yo acepte para no seguir en el atras para lante con ellos y en el estres. Estupida yo de aceptar pensando q el sectional se podia limpiar. Resulta ser q hoy Enero 16 vino una compañía profesional a limpiarme el mueble y they refused to clean it. Dijeron q estaba en muy mal estado y q ya tenia unas manchas q no ivan hacer posible de remover. El muchacho hasta me pidio disculpa y me dijo esto q te vendieron es un aciento de segunda mano y de mala calidad. Nisiquiera lo trataron con el productos como estaban supuesto. Inmediatamente llame varias veces y nadie me contesto les mande un mensaje y les dije lo q había pasado y ellos de descarados y estafadores me dijeron q ya se había quedado en el acuerdo escrito y q ellos no podian cancelar la orden de la cama y que iva a ver un restocking fee de 35%. Horrible lo que he tenido q pasar con esta gente. Despues de varios emails back and forth de descarados me dijeron di que At the time of delivery, the option to return the sectional was available y q llevaba mes y medio con el sectional y q ellos no me habían cuestionado las condiciones. Hay q ser mas que descarados y sucios para decir cosas asi. He estado insatisfecha y en contacto desde el primer día con esta gente y ha sido algo bien frustrante y aun mas cuando ni contestan la llamada, ni te dan la cara sabiendo que uno no vive en Miami. Solamente te mandan mensajes. Pague entre las 2 ordenes que hice $540 dolares por delivery y al pobre señor q me trajo las cosas solo le pagaron como $165. Hay q ser descarados de verdad. Y hasta le quisieron hechar la culpa de las condiciones con q me mandaron el sectional. Rapidito tratando de limpiarse las manos. Nunca mas en mi vida voy hacer business con esta compañía, jamas. La verdad venden cosas lindas y modernas pero son unos estafadores con sus políticas de no return. I will wait for my refund patiently y espero no tener q llevarlo a otro nivel.

Mind you I have all my furniture from them and I had a problem before where I brought a dresser and the bottom drawer was broken and they told me I had to pay another $400 to get a whole new dresser I just left it alone but NOWWWWW THIS HAS BEEN FAR MOST MY Worst experience EVER ! First and foremost my pick up wasn’t ready when it was suppose to be and they didn’t tell me until the morning of! So I had to wait an additional a week Before my pick up was ready . Secondly !!!!! After I paid a company to put the bed up in my house they called and told me they gave me another customer bed ! Okay so boom they send their company to come pick it back up and didn’t even accommodate me after I had already paid someone to put the bed together ! So now I have to pay someone again to put the new bed together!

Overall, my experience with Coco Furniture was extremely disappointing. Not only is their location not suitable for semi trucks, but the lack of assistance made the entire process incredibly frustrating. I had to wait for ages just to get a dock and even longer to offload my items. The workers were unfriendly and unhelpful, making the whole experience even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, I ended up with missing boxes on my bill of lading and I suspect that my check-in and out times were manipulated. It's clear that this company is not trustworthy and I would strongly advise other drivers to steer clear of Coco Furniture. Save yourself the headache and not delivery there

This is a complaint for everything from Coco Furniture. The service, the deliveries, the sales person. Horrible customer service! I went to coco furniture on 6/22/2019 looking for a specific bedroom set ( TARA - SCOTT LIVING ) and a specific item in that bedroom set ( wine cabinet ) I was attended by Amparo - Sales person. She showed me their catalog and they had the bedrooms set. I specifically asked her for that wine cabinet and told her " If you guys do not have this, i will look elsewhere because i know of a place that has it " she told me they do have the wine cabinet. i went ahead and purchased this bedroom set and added on a mirror and lamps. This costs me about over $2,300. A few days later i get in contact with coco furniture in regards to my delivery date and they tell me they do not have the WINE CABINET and that they are back ordered and should be receiving in less that 2 weeks but everything else will be delivered on 7/2. I told them i was no longer interested and how would the credit return start, they said they couldn't cancel the order because it was already on the way. Before any of this i called my bank and told them what was happening and they said not to worry that if i don't receive anything they will make sure they give me my money back. They promised me the wine cabinet in a week after i mentioned i wanted to cancel order, i said fine, i will wait. Everything else was delivered as said BUT 1 of the drawers had cracked wood and permanent marker to cover it. I myself am a very picky person specially if i am paying this much money. I noticed it and told delivery guys to take it back. I contacted coco furniture and they sent a new one a week later (7/11/19). When i ask them if i will be receiving the wine cabinet as well they tell me they are in contact with the warehouse to check and did not have an answer for me. i checked for the next 2-3 days and no answer. I checked yesterday 7/15/2019 and they tell me that i should be receiving the wine cabinet in MID AUGUST.. This is very ridiculous, unprofessional. First i was lied to by Amparo saying that they had the wine cabinet all she wanted to do is get her commission! i understand she wants her commission but she does not have to lie to customers! Then i was tricked into delivery waiting dates and when those days arrived they kept pushing them. Now they have pushed it all the way into MID AUGUST ??? No, this is very unprofessional and absurd. Me and my wife went to this place to purchase a foam mattress so we decide to purchase a king size mattress with no springless on it the cost of it was 856$ We reach the fallowing day to cancel the purchase cuz we decide to moved to another place but can’t cancel the purchase for any reason te manager who did not give her name told us she do all she can do return our money we wait 1 week she reach back to us we a apologize they can’t return the money with no option so we finally get a good place to stay there we was happy cuz we steel need a mattress then we went to pick up the mattress and they give it to us in a box according to then there is no need to doble check the mattress we went home and open the box around 5:00 pm we wait the 5 hours they sold to us for 856$ half foam and half sprinkles what a deception cuz is not the fact that we did not get what we purchase is the time that we have get to fix this issue that was the 3/18/21 so we decide to go back sat 3/21/2021 at 11:00 am when we get to the store the manager was not doing nothing at her desk she say that she have appointments we client and we have to wait I understand everything but the way she manage the issue was very unprofessional she was goin to give me another mattress more expensive cuz she didn’t want to address the issue we recorded everything so lucky we did when she finally come to us after one hour of waiting she was upset and she say that to cancel everything they was goin to charge 30% of the amount 856$ wish I say is not our fault how come the conversation went in Spanish but she call the guy who manage shipping and receiving and he also was very unprofessional to show us that we was wrong at the end the manager with no name at the store told us that she was goin to re order another mattress but it was goin to be the same with a smiling face as I finally decide to call 911 and report a fraud with proved on hand she immediately stop me and ask me for my credit car so she can return the money she say to give back the mattress but if is dirty she have to charge me 100$ when we give the mattress to her inside the plastic was dark spot and again with a smile face I’m goin to charge u 100$ for that once again I dial 911 the lady get upset and return back to me my money the reason I’m reporting this is cuz I don’t want it happen with some one who has trust the store thanks for...

Today,I visited your store. I walked in with another customer, who I did not know. I was received by a lady named Claudia. She instantly started talking to the other customer and did not acknowledge me. By her actions, I believed she thought we were together. I informed her that wasn't the case, he was just another customer that came in after me. She stated "Oh! I thought you were together", she walked us to the Gallery in the back of the store. She brushed me off and continue to providing services to the man who came in after me. She brushed me off again and told me to look around that she would be right back. Not knowing where to start looking for the bar stools. I decided to walk around and take my time looking around the entire little gallery area, at the end I noticed that I was left alone to find my way out. There were three black doors, I got confused, I checked all the doors, two were locked door #3 was open. I didn't think I would have to pay attention of where I was entering, because there was a salesperson guiding me. I left the gallery and found my way back to the main office. I see her sitting behind the counter still taking care of the man. By the look on her face when she saw me, you knew she had forgotten that she had left me behind. I was so upset! I left the store and called to speak the manager. I was given a hard time, they informed that the manager was not in and they didn't know when he would be available. They had no idea when he would be around. I left my cell phone and no one has contacted me. I have purchased furniture for many years from furniture stores such as :Macy's, Room to go, Rana, El Dorado, Baer's and Ashley.
