I used their app to make an order. When i got there they told me they did not received it even though I showed then the charge in my account, that i have to wait till bank returned my money. I paid again for the order and left. the bank never returned the money, one week later called them back and they still told me that I needed to talk to my bank but my bank said the transaction was approved and charged by them. So at the end they double charged me and they did not showed any intention on making it right. They do not know how their system operates and try to blame it...

El lugar es acogedor, no es un restaurante así que no esperes servicio a la mesa , es algo sencillo haces el pedido pagas y consumes, si quieres en el lugar en una pequeña barra. Algo muy positivo es que te lo dan ya preparado para llevar así que si no te cabe todo sin problema lo puedes llevar sin tener que molestar a nadie. La comida es buena pero para mí y digo para mí por qué es mi gusto no dejaría que el borde de queso se queme eso le cambia el sabor a la pizza que tenía buena cantidad de queso y en mi caso bacon pero el sabor a quemado me bloqueó el sabor de todo lo demás me gusta el borde tostado pero no quemado aunque al parecer a los demás no le molesta porque ví que tenían bastantes clientes. No sé en qué momento la pizza cubana se convirtió en sinónimo de ser una pizza con el borde quemado, el recuerdo que tengo es de cuando valían 1.20 pesos cubanos y las vendía el estado y en algunas ocasiones salía en algunas partes con el borde gratinado tostadito porque al hechar le el queso caía un poco pegado al borde, creo que todo esto de la pizza cubana comenzó cuando empezó a hacerse la pizza por particulares con moldes ya viejos y sin una norma fija cada cual hacia la suya y es la que la generación más reciente recuerda, en fin la dueña quien es la que te atiende es muy buena en lo que hace todo muy bien pero solo este detalle a tener en cuenta y es solo mi opinión talvez a nadie más le molesta.
