Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hialeah

I usually order from here and everything turns out fine these last 2 times i have ordered from here the pizza has been cold and had to reheat. The difference with today is my garlic bread box was mashed and see the picture of the pizza. Also it doesn't taste good. This is going in the trash. Yuck not even my 5 year old likes it. Tastes like old pizza. When you call they never answer. Will be. Contacting corporate as i did once before with a different pizza hut and they were forced by corporate to return my money. Better off ordering a $5 pizza from Little Ceasars... update, i had forgotten about my previous review and i went today, it had to be a cuban making the pizzas because only a cuban will think that you sprinkle onion over the pizza once it is cooked.. i was expecting my pepperoni and onion pizza to be made correctly in other puzza huts you usually see the cheese melt over the onions or gou see mixed in this pizza hut they seem to Sautee the onions and throw on your puzza after your pizza is cooked, this is not what i expected, i ended up throwing out the sauteed onions because it tasted horrible thrown over the pizza. Please make your pizzas coreectly people. Had to be a cuban, i would be surprised...

Placed an online order at 7:15pm from my car while parked at the pizzahut location. decided to walk in at 7:30pm. The pizza was already done (huh) that quick? I requested in comments online for the pizza to be well done extra crispy light sauce extra cheese. Paid for my pizza and when I got in my car checked the pizza again.. The dough was not fully cooked, completely slimey sliding off the dough cheese with excess of sauce and very light cheese. Walked back inside, showed them and the cashier said didnt even make eye contact with me the whole time and said so waht do you want then? I said for it to be remade the way I asked for it the first time. She just took the pizza and gave it to the guy in the kitchen and they just ran it thru the oven again..I said no I want a new pizza that one has excess sauce and varely any cheese. she continued to ignore me even speaking in spanish to the guy in the back thinking I did not understand or speak spanish, and said mira que esta tipa molesta pasale la.pizza otra vez para que se acabe de ir. At that point Idecided to get my money back. She had an attitude..Never again will I patronize this business again....

This place is so sad when u call they hang up i spoke to an manager he act prejudice wanted to hurry and hung up like he didnt have time time to here me out and they are the ones that messed up my food i been ordering food from there done invested thousands in that place online and walk ins for family and friends and thats how im treated no way, That will not be some of them looks crazy i seen someone digging all in their eyes over the pizza and scratching their head, a couple of rude delivery drivers, team members gettin slick and sarcastic out their mouth like i wont come down there i really dislike how i was treated and spared them never called coorperate out of all the unsanitized things i saw and how i was treated before... even found hair in my pizza a couple times aint bother them but its all good they just lost another loyal...
