I ordered for delivery from this place and had the worst customer service experience of my life. I ordered 20 wings with fries last night and they only delivered the 20 wings. I called in to inform them that my fries were missing. The girl who answered the phone did not offer to refund me money for the fries or anything. She just told me that if I wanted the fries, I had to go pick them up myself… I was extremely annoyed because I had ordered for delivery since I did not want to leave my house. You would think she would right their error and deliver me the fries? However, I reluctantly showed up to only be greeted with this girl being on a phone call and not acknowledging me until her manager came over to see if I needed anything. I asked them for my fries and they gave me my fries without offering me anything for my troubles. It’s not that i would have taken anything, but the principle is what bothers me the most. The girl who attended me seemed young, it seemed like this might have been her first job. And I get that she might get paid minimum wage. However, this location needs to train their employees better. As a matter of fact, as a Wingstop frequent customer, I am highly impressed with the service received from Melissa who showed a great attitude at all times, offered suggestions in an attempt to make my order more joyful and most important was patient and friendly. On a day like today, being Valentine's day, Melissa exceeded my expectations. As I waited to receive my order, I was able to observe how Melissa showed the same attitude and personally to every customer who walked in. Friendly, knowledgeable and glowing personality is how I would describe Melissa. I was so greateful for the way I was being treated that I called the manager "Yanet" to compliment her staff, Melissa. However, after speaking to Yanet, I realized why her entire team was so professional. Yanet's highly rated customer service, portraits in her team. Read moreFood is great service is terrible. We were told they did not have change of $100. So on a Saturday afternoon you have no change for your register??? So my only option is to leave my food if i can't get change on my own. Then I was told by management that there was nothing they can do. I work in a restaurant myself and know that you make sure you have enough change for the day. POOR MANAGEMENT!!! To updaye my post once we got change to pay for the order mu daughter asked how long til its done? He replies it will be about 20 to 25 minutes.
