Bronco's — Restaurant in Hiawassee

The food was delicious!! I had a bronco burger and my bf had a Baja burger, we both loved our burgers. We also ordered the nachos and had shrimp added to them. I thought the shrimp addition was a little pricey for only 6 shrimp, but they were decent size and my bf loved the way they tasted. The nachos by the themselves were very good! It got a little busy after we got there, but atmosphere was good. Service was good as well. A decent area for parking with additional parking if needed. Since it’s along the main drag in hiawassee, it’s a little difficult pulling out due to all the traffic, especially if making a left turn out. The place isn’t huge, but they have decent seating arrangements! About 5 tables that fit 4-5 people and 4 tables for 2 people I think. Downsides: only 1 restroom for everyone to share (understandable in the small space though!) and they do not have fountain drinks/free refills or free water… that was what we most didn’t like. Drink options were cans of soda, Jarritos soda, sparkling water or purified water. $2.50 for a 12oz can of soda. We had to get 3 different drinks since we usually drink a fair amount when we eat, so that adds up. I was shocked no sweet or unsweet tea options and a bit bummed. And paying for water at a restaurant is aggravating. That being said, we now know what to expect. We will be going back again to try a few other things on their menu! (Also, set up is that you come in, look at menu and grab your drinks from the cooler, place your order and they give you a number card to set at whichever table...

Excellent experience! Quick serve restaurant with burgers, burritos, and barbecue. My brisket burrito was amazing! Full of flavor and loaded. The chicken salad sandwich was delicious, but their interpretation is more of a diced grilled chicken sandwich, than a thick mayo based chicken salad. Side item we ordered was chips and salsa. Chips are thicker than a regular tortilla chip,(I prefer thin ones) but they were tasty. Place was busy and food delivered fast. Friendly staff, order and they bring it to your table. Canned/bottled/prepackaged beverages only.

The overall aesthetic is like a modern industrial kitchen with a retro vibe.

Reminded me of a 5 guys with turquoise paint. Parking lot is small! Highly recommend for some...

This isn't your basic Smash Burger! It's my favorite here for sure. Everything so far is proportionate to how we should eat, not overly big, definitely not too small! The Burria Burrito is Large and it took me a while to eat it, but I was stuffed. 😋 The pulled pork sandwich is good too! Instead of posting negatively of any issues you may have, let them know and give them a chance to fix the issue, they are super nice people! We need them around here too, they deserve to be here! BTW, I do not know any one of them personally, I just think people are quick to post a negative review without asking the owner manager directly to fix any issues. I've been to eat there almost once a week since opening and never one complaint have...
