I stop here everyday on my way to work. Generally the manager is there when I go in, so obviously everyone will be on their best behavior. If he's not there expect mixed results on employee interaction and timeliness. There are a couple older gals and if they are working you'll get well taken care of. They understand good customer service. But as a forewarning, they do often hire younger people who can be lackadaisical at times and they have a sub-par turnover rate so sometimes these new employees don't always know what they're doing yet. Other than that they keep the place pretty clean, usually stocked well, and they do a decent job keeping food in the warmers but be sure to check the times on the labels, they can get pretty busy during the day and miss something that passed time! Horrible service. Their fuelsaver is not working. So I head in and let them know, politely. They know about it. I said "you should probably put something out at the pump to let your customers know that, it's freezing out." Girl says " I'm the only one here right now, I can't." So I say "Later then." Ask the girl in the kitchen if they make fresh subs. The cheese looked old on the premade ones. She said that they do but not at 8pm due to no business!? What I would like to know is when does the kitchen close? There was pizza now I cringe to wonder how long it was sitting under warmer! Also did she stay on the clock doing nothing but payroll theft! The clerk didn't greet us and added our stuff together. Then asked us if we were together. Added an extra pizza to total because she didn't ask how many we had! Not impressed that workers these days don't know they represent a brand/company as well...
